My delayed package was delivered to my home on 6/20/2023. I was not home at the time of delivery, so I had to send the package back to FedEx at the ******** location on 6/20/2023 @11 am. I was told I can track the package using the same tracking number. Unfortunately, their system kept stating the package was delivered and failed to say the package has been refused. I had called customer service with numerous run arounds and not resolving the issue. I spoke with a ***** from acceleration ***** on the 23rd and she stated package was going out on that Friday and ***** will have it by Monday the 26th. I should call back to confirm. I called on Monday and was told the package is sitting at the Marietta warehouse and they have no notes of what ***** had said to me. They said their is no determine time frame of when the package will be delivered. I had replied that this is unacceptable and will like to speak with the manager or supervisor. The representative refuse to transfer me and he refuse to give me his employee number as well. FedEx has been in business for years and I have never experienced such a disconnect in communication. I will like to have the exact date of delivery and they need to compensate the vendor for not delivering the package as promised causing her to lose business. I will love for them to do their job and document what has been said and to have my package sent to the vendor in a timely manner. As of now on the 26th there has been no movement and I am waiting for someone to call me to tell if the job is being done. This is bad business!!

FedEx Freight is demanding $1735 for a redelivery fee. They did NOT attempt to deliver these 5 pallets on 8/8/2022, only the shipment with 4 pallets and I requested a delivery appointment for BOTH parts that were delivered to us on 8/12/2022.As far as we are aware, FedEx did not attempt to deliver and this outrageous delivery fee(s) are invalid.They were owed a redelivery fee on the 4 pallet BOL but after such extensive harrassment, I would like all fees credited out please.

The appropriate management has been notified of your concerns regarding the handling
and billing on tracking number **********. Our research indicates this is not a FedEx
error thus a credit is not applicable, and the $1,735 re-delivery charge is valid.
There was no attempt of delivery on August 8, 2022. The freight was shipped on August
9, 2022, and the first attempt was on August 11, 2022, at 10:05 a.m.. There was no
information on the bill of lading indicating recipient required an appointment delivery, nor
was there a note to contact recipient in advance, and the account does not note that
appointments are required, so we suggest this is reviewed with the shipper.
Also, the bill of lading noted that recipient was open for delivery from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.,
so the driver attempted during their hours, however customer was unavailable so freight
was returned to service center, and delivered on August 15, 2022.
If recipient requires delivery appointments they will need to have their account updated to
include those requirements.

The Lazy fedex driver who bring boxes to my house keeps dumping them at the road in the driveway. I have asked for front door to be deliveried only and nothing I say changes this.I want them to stop putting boxes anywhere they feel like it and bring them to the front door every time 365 times a year always.

Have complained at the 1 800 number about lazy fedex drivers dumping boxes in the street, in the driveway, at the garage or any where there lazy selfs want to. I have asked and given instructions for boxes to be put at the front door every time, 365 times a year and yet I keep finding them every where else but the front door. I am filing this in hopes the right high up person will fix this.

There answer does not solve the matter and I did not ask for this to be closed. I request it be reopened until the matter is fixed.
Fixed means they do as asked and not just "ANSWER" with any reply. Because they answered with any answer does not resolve the matter.
Boxes brought to my house are still being put in places that are not the front door and they get wet in the rain or can get stolen left out in the open in those places.

FEDEX courier service consistently providing poor service, resulting in additional charges to myself or shipper, and loss of goods.when i contact customer service to address the issues, the staff consistently like to give me a run around, telling me several pick-up locations or delivery dates. causing undue duress to myself and the shippers, and taking up my limited personal free time.I have evidence from 3 such cases:case 1) ********* rods - fed-ex staff were purposely sending package between multiple depots so the customer could not pick-up the package, 3 weeks delay. (photos: fedex 1, fed ex 2 no apology was sent by fed-ex, as a result ******** does not send products to ****** anymore case 2) ****** computers: Fed-ex refused to follow delivery instruction provided by seller, fed ex staff left the package outside on a busy downtown street, the package was stolen. as a result a fiancial loss of $260. (photos: fedex 5, fed ex 4) no apology was sent by fed-ex, as a result i am unable to acquire computer parts as there is no stock remaining.case 3) *** leisure - fedex staff left a door tag, saying package was available for pick up at ******* location, i called customer service and the staff also confirmed package was available for pick up at ******* location. i took several hours out of my day to travel from ********* to ******* via public transit, when arrived the staff told me my package was no longer available. After my complaint was submitted to BBB, I was contacted by an employee who identified themselves as chevalle, they were passively mocking me over the phone call, and lied, and stated my complaint ID was non existent. The employee also passively threatened to disrupt my other shipments through fed-ex.
Checking on my other shipment a day later, i noticed it was not delivered to my address, the Fed-ex employee had cancelled my other delivery of another item i had ordered and returned it to sender without my permission. Fed-ex also lied and stated that i refused to recieve the parcel.
this is an example of how fed-ex staff like to abuse customers, and give them a run around. even when BBB is present.

the representative was again very passive aggressive over the phone, and was attempting provoke an aggravated response from myself.
On thursday i noticed once again another one of my deliveries was purposely delayed once again. when i contacted the shipper, they stated someone had marked the package as having and unreadable label, and the parcel would not arrive on time.
this seems to be an ongoing issue. i believe it is a passive aggressive attempt to punish me for filing a complaint against fed-ex. passive form or retaliation.
to date i have not recieved any refund on shipping services, Also i have not been refunded the taxes and duties which have been collected twice, fed-ex has not made any reasonable effort to make right on the wrongs they have done.
I am in no way pleased with the response from fed-ex, fed-ex is clearly disrupted all packages in progress even as this BBB dispute is in progress

I my sister send me som Perisble food. She went to Fedex for 2 day delivery She provided all information as far a address etc to employee 1st the employee did not get my name right 2nd employee did not enter address correctly 3rd she assured us that the item will be packed in a box with dry ice and to be delivered on Friday the June 16th the item got delayed. I called Fedex and spoke with several different people including a supervisor and I explained to them how important this was to get to me due to it was food. They stated that they can assure me the the food was in a warehouse frozen and will be delived on the 19th. When I got the item it was spoiled soft and had a foul order like it was just sitting in the sun cookinging an rotting really gross with stuff coming out of it. I called them about this and was disgarded filed a claim and they denied it even though it had $200 insurance on this package. Called several times again and they were rude and not honest and again disgarded. I had to reorder everything including paying for shippment again now I am out of $453 and I want it back. They were to send in 1 sealed box and did not do they sent it as is Tracking#************ and ************

I have reviewed the claim and found when the shipment was tendered to FedEx it is noted that it was already packaged when it was brought in for shipping. Also, there was only a value of $100 placed on each shipment, however our Terms and Conditions state FedEx will not be liable if loss/damage is due to spoilage/delayed delivery for perishable shipments.

Packages not delivered. Every time something is shipped with FedEx it never shows up till I call. This is the 3rd or 4th find everytime they ask how to get my business back and every time this happens again

No one has contacted me about this. I have requested for calls from corporate. I had to go pick up the package and asked for a call from the route manager and got nothing.
I requested calls through customer service and received no calls.
No one has reached out to me. And no the package was wasn't delivered I picked it up

I got a call from **** the signal on my cell dropped called back and when. I couldn't give ******* any info they started pretending they can't hear me. **** has not called back and there is no way for me to call her.

This is related to complaint ID: ********. I had received a message for the FedEx tracking number while traveling and did not provide it in 7 days. The tracking number is ************. I'm now copying/pasting the same complaint as before: as part of a cross country move from ******* to ********, I shipped a ** with FedEx. I called the location (*************************************************) ahead of time to confirm they could pack and ship **s. They said they could, and I brought my ** in to pack and ship. As part of shipping, I had insured the ** up to $1000 When the ** came to ********, I unboxed it and it was broken. I then filed a claim with FedEx. They said they were going to send someone to inspect the **. However, when the person came, he said he was here to pick up a package return. I told him about the claim, and he said I'd have to call and have someone else pick up the **. Afterwards, there was a cycle of me calling FedEx, and FedEx either telling me the claim was denied or sending someone and the person they sent not knowing what to do about the ** or claim. This happened 5 additional times. I spent a cummulative 12 hours on the phone with FedEx. The ** was shipped on February 25th and it arrived on March 7th. The claim number for the case is: C-*********.

Based off our records the shipment was packed by FedEx, however there was no indication of loss/damage while the shipment was in FedEx possession or at the time of delivery. Due to there not being any notation per our Tariff either photo(s) of the container (inner/outer packaging) and the item in the condition it was received or all the packaging and the item must be picked up and inspected by FedEx.
