My package was supposed to be delivered on 8/14/22 when I would be back in town. Fed-Ex asked to move up the delivery date because the package arrived to their warehouse early. I was out of town so I said no. They agreed over the phone to deliver the package when I arrived home. When I got back home on the 14th they said I must pick up the package or they would ship it back to the warehouse. I rented a car to pick up the product. Their customer service reps on ******* continue saying I directed the product to their warehouse and therefore I had to pick it up. That is not true. I had no control over it arriving at their warehouse early or how the delivery would be processed. I purchased from ******* but ******* turned over the delivery duties to FedEx. FedEx was negligent, not *******. FedEx kept the package and made me come get it. FedEx profited from the agreement with ******* but did not perform their duties. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A COPY OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN FEDEX AND WALMART. THEY BILLED ME FOR A SHIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $3063.12 THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE. I received a delivery that was shipped via FedEx and the delivery driver did not deliver it to my door but left it on the ground floor where anyone could take it. In addition, the delivery was too heavy for me to lift. I had to remove items from the boxes and make multiple trips up the stairs to get this into my home. FedEx delivered a package with about $250 worth of auto parts in it. The parts were destroyed, when they delivered the package they slammed it down in front of my garage door denting my door and the side aluminum.At this point to replace the door is nearly $6,000, they first said someone would call back in 24 hours that didnt happen so I called back then they said 48 hours. I've been trying to get my package picked up by Fedex for days now. Every time I'm told they will come the next day and they don't show up. Their pick up schedule is terrible as well, 8AM-6PM, so you can imagine I have to sit at home the whole day waiting for them and they still don't show up. I've wasted 3 days for nothing. I am trying to file a formal complaint, in writing, against my local fedex office (**************). This seems the only way to do to.Every time I have a package incoming from fedex, I get delays, then, when the package arrives in my town, their website says it will be delivered between hrs:hrs. It never is. Then, towards the end of the day, I see a fedex truck (on camera) drive right past my house. Then it is claimed that they attempted to make the delivery, but were unable to do so (a lie), despite the fact that no signature or action is required on my part. I am the only house on this side of the road within a mile. There are no trees blocking the view. The driveway is enormous with more than enough room for a semi truck to drive in circles.This happening once or twice, or every once in a while, I could understand, but every single time? C'mon guys... Get it together.I have spoken with my friends and colleagues throughout this entire county (Flathead county, **), and they all have the same thing to say: Fedex ***** here!There is no way to file a complaint, or even send a message in writing, on the fedex website.When you try to file a complaint over the phone at 1800-gofedex, the person on the line says "uhh huh, yea, wow, ok, uhh huhh" so that doesn't seem like it's doing anything.My current tracking number where this all just happened, again, is ************ ($25 in shipping).Please give ** an avenue to complain against local offices, where things might actually be heard and addressed by corporate or management. I always get home an find doortags attached to the main door of the building because the lazy driver don't want to **mplete their job. The inter**m can call the manager and she able to open the door that way can **mplete the delivery but never do it. Always in my case see a doortag is always left and need to wait for days for next attempt. This time around need to received a phone from ******* I bought because my main phone drowned. I transferred the sim card to old phone which don't have enough memory and I'm restricted of the apps and information can't be access. I call the customer service rep and always give you the prepared lines how they apologize and told me if I want I can ** to the facility to pick up it's 45minutes from me and I don't drive I will need to pay a rideshare *** $60+ each way to get it.
