      I had my friend send a priority shipment via FedEx on 7/19/23 to be delivered to me in ******.. The tracking number for this delivery is ************. This was given a scheduled delivery date of 7/21/23 by FedEx as shown on the receipt. This package was never delivered. The delivery date was pushed out to 7/24/23. Nothing was delivered and the delivery date was pushed out by a day every time as if it would come the next day.. Whenever I called FedEx, they always said it would be delivered the next day. Nothing was ever delivered. In fact, I still do not have it! I was stranded in ****** waiting for this promised shipment that had some extremely important documents in it. I needed to reschedule my flight and spend 3 additional nights in ****** while waiting for this delivery. After waiting till 7/28/23, I had no choice but to return to the US without these documents I filed a claim with FedEx for compensation for the additional days I was stranded in ****** while waiting for the package. I am attaching all the receipts here again. Till today, I have not heard back from FedEx regarding either my claim or the missing package. All the receipts and proofs have been uploaded to the FedEx claim site. I used FedEx for this service since I believed that they would complete the job. They should never have accepted this responsibility if they could not complete their promise. Nobody seems to know where the package is

      I am rejecting this response because:

      There was no communication received from FedEx. I did not receive any communication while I was stranded in ******. I also checked with the shipper. They did not receive any communication either. The shipper finally received an email on Aug. 7th denying the claim for lack of information.  Isn't this information enough?  The tracking record number ************ has the shipper details on it but to reiterate it was shipped by *************.

      How can you leave a customer stranded after they have paid the required shipping charges?  Why do I need to spend thousand of dollars for FedEx's fault? That is not ethical and FedEx should accept the responsibility for this.

      WHERE IS MY PARCEL? We even tried going  to the local FedEx office in ****** to try and pick it ** in person...twice on 26th and 27th! They could not find it.  You shouldn't offer service to international if you can't stick to your promise.

      How do I get a replacement for my shipment if FedEx has lost it? Do I need to pay for that as well?

      I am rejecting this response because:

      You keep saying all claims are handled from the shipper's side. I have contacted the shipper and they have submitted all the claims to Fedex. They keep getting different responses whenever they contact fedex and are extremely frustrated with this.

      They have agreed to join this BBB case going forward so there are no more issues with who is making this complaint. Or do they need to open a separate case?

      Now that you are confirming the parcel has been lost, we are adding a receipt for the replacement cost of the parcel to this case

      Please let us know if you need anymore proof or identification for this matter. This complaint is from the shipper side as well

      I received a text message and email today, 8/26/23, that 3 packages would be delivered today. As of 4pm, I have received 2. I have been home all day waiting for the package because I have to sign for it. At ***** pm, a email was sent, stating a delivery attempt was made. THAT IS A LYE. EMPLOYEES SHOULD ALWAYS BE HONEST. I called, spoke to a supervisor, she called and left a message for the Supervisor at the delivery location at **************, still no response. I will call ******* on Monday with my complaint, also.       We have placed an order thru xfinity, to receive new cell phones, since my original one is broken and won't turn on. when we ordered them in person, at xfinity in mansfield, they told us it would be 2 days, *** for us to receive them. That was on tues, aug. 22, 2023. xfinity guaranteed us they would be delivered to our house in taunton no later than thurs. aug. 24, 2023. when we entered the tracking number received from fed ex, they said it wouldnt be here until saturday, aug. 26, 2023. the morning of aug, 26, 2023 we stayed home and had the front door opened so that we can see when the delivery driver showed up. we have multiple outdoor cameras facing all around the house and down both driveways, as well as inside the house, showing we were home ALL DAY. NO DELIVERY WAS EVER ATTEMPTED. But that's the excuse the driver told the company as to why he/she didn't deliver. When we contacted fed ex they kept telling us the same thing, that the delivery was attempted, but it wasn't. The last few times we have had to deal with Fed Ex, they screwed up the deliveries. They thru the package into the *****, off the road, not even near our driveway or mailbox, and said it was left at the front door. i only found it cuz i went out lookig for it with a flash light. before that, they never delivered saying that they couldn't find the address. it's on gps, on maps, and street number signs are at the edge of the driveways, as well as the mailbox. THEY DON'T TRY. I want something done, I am ready and willing to fight this in court, and file theft charges against them for not even attempting to make the delivery.

      The driver delivered to the wrong address and Fedex is not doing anything to fix this issue. I still have not gotten my package and they want me to do all of this work when their uneducated driver delivered it to the wrong address.

      Again the FedEx drive did not deliver my package. We have a security guard at our front ********* is not a child as it is stated on his reason for not delivering it. This is a senior apartment complex. I'm so sick of complaining about this. Now it says it won't redilver till the 29th. This behavior is unacceptable. This is his job to deliver packages.       I have called the company multiple times regarding this issue. Everytime I call they tell me they are going to fix the issue but never do.My address is ***********************************************************. However everytime I have a delivery from FedEX, they deliver it to ***************************************************************. The package has my address is ***** listed, but for some reason fedEx continues to deliver it to ******.This has happened at a minimum of 7 different times. For example: tracking number ************ had my address located in ***** **, but it was still delivered to ****** **.I have lost many packages because they were delivered to the wrong address. I need whatever glitch in the system fixed so that I can get my packages.

      I am rejecting this response because: this has been an ongoing issue for over a year now, almost 2 years. I have called and complained about not getting my packages and I am always told that the matter is corrected and it never is.

      I want assurance that this has been fixed in the system. There is absolutely no reason my packages should be sent to another address. I do not have faith that this issue will be resolved, as I have been told this every single time I call and complain that they will fix the issue and never do.

      Hello I have previously filed a complaint about your drivers not delivering to the apartment door. We still are having the issue. They are now leaving them in the elevator banks. If the package does not have an apartment number instead of stopping in the office to ask what unit this package belongs to like *** does they just leave it in the office. If the package does not have an apartment number then it can be returned to the office and the resident would be required to pick it up if the driver does not want ask for the unit number. Please have this addressed as packages left in the leasing office required the resident to be charged. Also all packages must be delivered directly to the apartment door.

      Supposed delivery date of the item-08/25/2023 11:38am.There was no delivery at my address as claimed by Fed Ex.Called Fed ex customer service 08/25/2023 6:10pm.1st customer rep claimed package was delivered. It was not.Then 1st customer service rep claimed package was in **********, ** facility. Despite delivered status and picture from fed ex as proof of delivery. 1st customer service rep suggested file a claim and transfered me to another (2nd customer service rep).2nd customer service rep claimed package was delivered. Asked where was the packaged delivered. They did not know.Picture one is screenshot of details of package tracking.Picture two is picture of Proof of Delivery provided by Fed Ex. Picture three is actual style of my door at my address. The location of package in picture two is unknown to me and apparently also unknown to fed ex. Those styles of doors are not the style of doors used in my complex. Neighbors have similar door styles as mine. Note the bottom style relief on the door. Square or large rectangle. Notice location of door handle differences. Picture four shows the outside of my address door with unit number clearly visible.

      I am rejecting this response because: I already contacted the shipper.  The mistake happened on the driver's  and Fed Ex part. If Fed Ex followed their own procedure and addressed the matter in timely manner, the matter could have been easily resolved.

      Still, to this day, there was no information provided from fed ex  regarding where the driver actually took the package. There was no addressing the fact that the driver lied and took picture of interior of another residence and claimed it to be my residence, on top of stating the package was left at front door when clearly it was placed inside of a home as seen in the proof of delivery photo. The issue was caused by Fed ex mishandling of the matter. All they had to do was go retrieve the misdelivered package in timely manner and return it to its proper place. Instead they chose to lie to me about when they will contact me from Friday to thurs. (25 Aug.-31 Aug. 2023), no contact. Each day I had to call them and each time received poor customer service or even care that they made a mistake with someone else property.  They lost the property due to their negligence and thus are responsible for replacing the cost of the property that they lost. An empty apology isn't going to do especially given that the entire time they stalled, lied, and dragged feet on the matter instead of immediately addressing it and taking the matter seriously as they should have.

      I am rejecting this response because:

       

      I already contacted the shipper and been in communication with the shipper.

      The shipper contacted Fed ex, and fed ex lied to him stating that the package was delivered to proper address. This is despite my claim have been closed stating the package was lost and even in most recent statement, fed ex claim their research could not locate the package. This their lie and not being honest with the shipper about the matter, have prevented progress.

       

      Besides, all one have to do is ask the driver, specifically, where did they deliver the package? 

      So let's cut to the chase and would hope fed ex stop the bullcrap. The deliveries are tracked and monitored. As where the driver dropped off, or supposedly, dropped off the package, is stored when they scan the package along with the location of the delivery truck when driver stops for delivery. The time, date, gps location, and even the amount of time the driver stopped is documented. Was there any actual research done into the matter? Have the parties involved in handling the package even been questioned? It is not complex. The driver should of been questioned the 1st day, first thing. Fed ex delay in handling the matter and treating it as not if importance is what caused the package to not be found. It is not the shipper fault or anyone else fault besides fed ex own inaction and gross negligence in handling this matter.

       

      The attachment provided shows contact with the shipper. In this particular instance is from Sept 5th 2023 where they state that they contacted Fed ex and fed ex lied and said package was delivered properly.

       

      Dishonesty will not solve this matter nor will it be taken as acceptable answer.

      The package was finally delivered on, Sept 9th 2023 at about 15:00 time period. 

       

      Matter is solved.

      A customer shouldn't have to go through this to get a package just because incompetence and dishonesty on the deliver service part. It was an easy matter to fix that fed ex decided to make more complicated and time consuming than it needed to be. This shows that they had the package and knew the location all along.

      I had placed an order with Chewy last week, it was divided into 2 shipments, both were pet food. The first delivery was left on the ground and got ants in it. The second was delivered this past Monday and left on porch (also got ants in it) when there is clearly a delivery box next to the porch. Ants got into my house also from this package. I complained to fedex on 8/22 and was told they would call me back in 24 hrs, they did not. I called chewy to get a replacement explained what happened they said they would put directions for the package to be put in box. 8/25 it was placed on porch again, I called fedex back and got the run around they said they could'nt do anything unless I knew the truck number or tag number which is impossible for me to know. Chewy should not have to rectify fedex's incompetence.
