      Hi! I would like to request an assistant to explain to Fedex company about the charge for tracking number ************. I enclosed all the documents to prove that there is a mistake of charging me $ ****** for a Flatrate FedEx *** package. I tried to resolve this problem with them but unfortunately, I was declined. The package was consists of an impression from a patient mouth.       The freight charges of $196.68 are valid charges based on the weight and dimensions for the shipment traveling on package tracking number 777773581230.  Oversize charges were assessed due to the dimensions of the shipment. Dimensional weight rating is a pricing procedure used to calculate rates based on package size, or volume,rather than on the actual weight. The concept of dimensional weight has been adopted by the transportation industry worldwide as a uniform means of establishing a minimum charge for the cubic space a shipment occupies.

      As a one-time gesture of goodwill, a credit of $160.90 has been applied to the shipment.  The remaining balance for invoice number 858477740 is $35.78.  For future billing concerns, you can contact Revenue Services at ************ or email **********************************

      I once again did not receive a delivery from FedEx. They keeps being delivered to wrong address. They never look at the address on the building just dump at wrong address and leave with picture of wrong house. This is the 6th package they did not deliver correctly. Picture with package is not my house. Picture with address mat reflects correct address and picture of address on building is clear and visible.

      I received a voice mail on Wednesday 8/21 from Delivery Manager, *******************, while I was at work. I tried to call the number listed and reflected in screen shot added and it just kept ringing.  Never work r to voicemail. I tried to call again at 5:20pm after work. No answer. No voicemail to leave a message. The number provided was ************. 

      I then received another voice mail from FedEx, Rose *************) and called the number back immediately. Upon calling it stated closed and I need to once again contact my shipper to resolve to get a refund. No conversation with me of why Fedex keeps delivering to wrong address, despite address clearly labeled on building or how they will permanently resolve this issue to have my address show correctly in their navigation system.

      As we discussed,the appropriate management has been notified of your concerns regarding the handling of the shipment traveling on package tracking number 409509325479,

      and other misdelivered packages, due to a mapping issue in which drivers are being directed to the incorrect address.  We understand that you have spoken to Ground facility

      management team previously regarding this issue, and they will review with their drivers for a solution, and follow-up as well.

      The driver was unable to retrieve package from the misdelivered address so we suggest the shipper is contacted.

      Any time I have a package that is set to arrive Friday or Saturday, I get a "delivery attempt" despite no vehicle or anything showing up at my house. This is beyond infuriating. If you're only going to deliver from Monday to Thursday, change your hours.This is the fifth or sixth time this has happened in the last few months.

      On July 27, 2024, FedEx delivered a package to the wrong address. I filed a complaint with FedEx, got an e-mail and text saying it was delivered. Provided information that it was delivered to the wrong house, including pictures of previous deliveries to my house to compare with pictures of the package delivered to the wrong house. Only resolution I got was to contact the shipper with no further follow-up. I have had numerous problems with the FedEx depot in **********, ********. To the point I have the phone number of one of the depot managers. Your 3rd party contractor who supplies the drivers is by far the worst FedEx delivery partner I've ever had. I've lived here 2 years and have had maybe 15 deliveries from FedEx that didn't have an issue. That probably represent 25% of the FedEx deliveries I've gotten. Anytime I have a delivery from FedEx, I am concerned that something will go wrong. I don't have these problems with ********** Amazon, or DHL, only FedEx. And as this pattern continues despite having contacted the depot manager several times, it is time for this to escalate to HQ. I have had dealings with FedEx HQ in the past which is how I got the depot manager's number. Again, as this pattern continues, HQ needs to be involved again. Your contractor either needs to pay better and get better quality candidates (they're out there because the 4 other services delivering here have no problems) or you need to get a new contractor.

      On 8/15/2024 my package arrived at the ********, Ga shipment facility before 8 am. Two days in a row now, Ive been told that the package will be delivered first, by the morning, and then updated to by the end of the day or I will be called back and neither time was my package ATTEMPTED and I received no follow-up call to understand the issue with my package. There are no reported delays and this item was $700+. Ive been told that this problem will be resolved, then escalated twice, and Ive not heard back from a representative each time. The customer service people keep telling me the results of the automated tracking but haven't been able to contact the shipping facility.

      I order medical supplies through my insurance company with my insurance with FedEx with ******** It states to put all my deliveries on the front porch. I have complained to FedEx more than enough times and not being heard and they claim that theyre escalating it and FedEx claims that theyre notating for everything to be placed on my porch, but it never happens And all the time their drivers is using my dogs inside a house as an excuse maybe they should dial 911 and tell the police theyre scared to give my delivery because of my dogs inside the house this way the police can look at them just as stupid as I am The drivers intentionally block my fence where I cant open it to get it and I have to ****** at Neighbors to get it and Im giving photo proof of this if FedEx is too incompetent to do their job maybe they should shut down their business and no longer offer services Because this is a constant nonstop complaint with FedEx or they put it over the fence and put it in dog s*** because theyre barking inside the house if they see my dog opening up my front door I want video proof so I can become a billionaire and be **** Because that would be a miracle otherwise a dog barking at you from inside the house Whoopty Doo put the delivery on the porch and go away and let the dog bark at you or ask your mother to change your diaper because youre too incompetent to do your job Im sick and tired of FedEx and their excuses and Im sick and tired of their incompetence. Im sick and tired of their disrespect and Im sick and tired of them not being able to put a package where it belongs because theyre scared of a dog inside the house barking not a dog in the yard running around not a dog on a lead or a leash or a chain a dog inside a house with a closed door , there is no excuses for that dogs. I would be more of a threat to harm you and the driver backed into a stop sign instead of driving around the block.

      Good afternoon,I hope this message finds you well. After countless calls to FedEx to resolve the issue, I still have had countless packages delivered to the wrong address. My address is *******************************. Fedex keeps delivering everything of mine to ******************************, which is the close on the next block over. Customer support does not do anything because it keeps happening. Thankfully that neighbor returns them to me always, but today one almost went missing. It is a risk of potentially losing a package and also bothersome to the neighbors to keep retrieving packages for me there.The latest package this happened to was tracking ID# ************. You can tell from the delivery picture that the house is not mine if you compare it on ****** Earth and in the attachments below. If we can, please correct this to prevent any missing packages and bothering the neighbor. I get both houses have the same number, but one is a block over. The *** you guys use should tell you.       I am filing this complaint regarding a shipment with FedEx, specifically for tracking number ************, which has a total value exceeding $750. On 08/09/2024, I shipped five packages in total under the following tracking numbers: ************, ************, ************, ************, and ************. While four of the packages have been delivered on 08/16/2024, there has been no further notice or update for package ************ since it departed the **********************The tracking information for package ************ stated that updates would be provided soon; however, this has not occurred. In addition, when I contacted FedEx customer service and provided my tracking number, the call was abruptly disconnected without resolution.

      Waiting on a package that has been in the same location since 8/10/24 ,delayed on 8/12/24 for unknown reason, says scheduled delivery tomorrow with date, not delivered, says same thing for next day with date changed with a few that says delayed again on them. still no reason why. keep changing dates with scheduled tomorrow on them. tried contacting them on chat keep giving me other things to do, couldnt answer a simple question,when will I receive my package or why the delay.       THANKS FOR CONTACTING ME ON THIS, THE ONLY REASON I DONE THIS I COULDN'T GET A HONEST ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, KEPT GIVING ME THE SAME INFORMATION OVER + OVER ( ALREADY KNEW WHAT IT SAID BY SELF TRACKING AND WHERE IT SHOWED IT WAS ) BUT COULDN'T GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER FROM THEM WHY IT WAS DELAYED AND KEPT CHANGING THE OUT FOR DELIVERY DATE AND DELAYED DATE.       FedEx has been unable to deliver 4 separate packages in the past 3 weeks to my house. Furthermore, some of these are prescription foods for my pets which makes it all the more infuriating. FedEx also operates with poor business practices by marking items as attempted delivery when I know for a fact no delivery attempt has been made(I have cameras). My one opinion may not move the needle, but I promise you that I will tell every business I order from that they will lose my business as long as FedEx is their courier. I cant in good faith do business with locations that ship using an inept delivery service that rarely gets my items to me within a reasonable timeframe. For example, I had an item shipped on July 30th with expected delivery the next week, and here I am August 17th still waiting. Ive called their utterly useless customer service line for them to put in information requests that do absolutely nothing. You might as well save yourselves the money and not have a customer service team because they literally never actually help since they arent actually at the dcs. FYI the tracking I am submitting says delivered, but I dont have they product(I have cameras to prove this)
