      This company is a biggest scam in the world somebody took $1400 in fuel with card still in my possession and comdata put my card on block but still went and charge me for those transactions, also my account was locked and I couldn’t log in, try to call them to help me with my account and they keep coming with excuses just so I can’t get access to my account it took me 7 days to get someone to help me to log in im sure is them giving account information to other people to use cards so they can make money. Stay away from comdata big scammers because it is so fishy that you can’t contact fraud department one that you actually need but you can get costumer services one that can’t do anything to help you

      I filed a dispute because money was stolen from my account with Comdata. The dispute was filed on July 27,2023. Comdata told me to wait 30 business days and my monies would be returned. I waited and called after the 30 days. A representative told they would check with the fraud department. I waited 7 more days no response. I called Comdata back spoke with a manager. She told me I would get an email. No email No response. I have called multiple times, even given fake email address and phone numbers for the fraud dept. WHY is Condata allowed to treat customers this way! I'm at the point to get a lawyer involved. I fell that Comdata stole my money! This place is a fraud! I have called everyday and not one person will help me at Comdata. All try say everytime I call is " I'm so sorry this happened". I sick of this company feeling it ok to treat the customer this way. I pray a lawyer will see these comments and take the case to sue!

      This company has been charging me a $3.50 charge. Every time I check my balance I was unaware of this. Over the last year I’ve been charged over $125 in *** fees just for checking my balance that’s not including when I took out money. I asked for a refund and the company refused to give me one. I am unable to use their app Because of some type of glitch that’s why I had to go to an ATM to check my balance.. when I did this my balance kept going down and down and I couldn’t figure it out, now I know this company screwed me over

      This company needs to be shut down. It’s impossible to talk to any if they’re representatives or get the attention of any of their staff or accounting department. I was wishing to empty my debit card and close the account, and I went to my account on the FINTWIST by Comdata App to check on my balance and the app wouldn’t connect to the servers. This happened for weeks and I was never able to see any information regarding transactions or account activity. I had no access and I was worried my account was having fraudulent activity. I contacted their customer services several times and they simply told me to try again later. I eventually was able to go to an ATM and have the funds transferred to a bank account I had gotten elsewhere. I found that nearly $100 was removed from my account in the weeks I was without access to my account. I never used the card. I believe there was fraudulent activity, since Comdata never informed me of any fees or account activity. WORD OF ADVICE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! It’s insecure and you will never know what happens to your money! I tried several times to get a credit report on my account to get my funds back and they refused to help me further than to have me wait until they send it to me. It’s been a few weeks and I still haven’t heard back. BBB should look into this company and do everything in its power to correct the business or prevent other good working people from losing their hard-earned money.

      Horrible Accounting Department
      I sent payment information to Comdata weekly to be applied to our account. Frequently payments are not applied to our account and I have to contact them to reverse the late fees / charges that they say I owe and RESEND the payment information again to prove it was paid and paid on time, sometimes even paid early! I can understand this happening once or twice, but not frequently. I tried to close the account and they still sent a statement for an invoice that was paid already but apparently they failed to apply the payment again. I am tired of going in circles with them. Stay clear, NOT WORTH THE WASTED TIME AND FRUSTRATION.
      I was also told that I short paid invoices since switching to payments by wire transfer, even though I paid an additional $20 fee to our bank to process the wire transfer (which was charged in addition to my payment and did not reduce it). Comdata was trying to charge me for wire transfer fees that they incurred from receiving my wire transfer payment. This was never discussed when we were told we had to switch to wire transfer as a payment method. I was billed fees for this for "short paying" invoices that I had paid in full with proof sent.
      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      This company is a legit scam!!!!!! They do not protect your money, $600 was easily stolen from my work card from all the way in New York when I live all the way in Omaha Nebraska!!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I immediately called and made a dispute, called 3 weeks later for an update and one of their representatives told me not to call back and to just wait for the credit to hit. This is people hard earned money we’re talking about!!! I have a trip TOMORROW to pick up a loved one that just finished fighting cancer and the money I had for the trip is now gone and they won’t give it back!!!!!! This company needs to be shut down for their lack of empathy and responsibility, they have no sense of urgency to get your money back to you!!!!! So wicked. Still waiting for a deposit!!

      DO NOT USE COMDATA SERVICES. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. It is surprising they are still functioning & haven't been shut down. If it was possible to give less than one star, I would have selected that option. Our company has been a customer of Comdata for 13 years, & we have received nothing but terrible customer service and fraud charges for unexplained "miscellaneous charges" & "high-risk fees". We had called to cancel our services with them via phone & Comdata representative confirmed that our account was closed & balance was paid off. Months later they are calling again saying that we owe them a balance of $6,339.22 in which the statement reflects these unexplained fees. When trying to contact them for an explanation, we were met with VERY long hold times, & absolutely zero help or insight for what these charges are for. We were told that our account was never closed (even though the representative we spoke with months prior said they closed our account & we had a balance of 0.00). They back pedaled & stated that if we wanted to close our account we had to send them an email. The representative who told us our account was closed never advised us to email, & you'd think that personally speaking to someone would be more effective then sending an email that could ultimately get lost or never responded to. We are not surprised to read other companies reviews that they have had a similar experience. Save your time & money, people.

      SCAM ARTIST..RUN AWAYDon't use their cards. They will steal your money off of it and then tell you that you didn't report it in time even though you did with puffins casks to prove it. Once again SCAM ARTIST...0 STARS!

      Unauthorized Comdata money was withdrawn from my account. I've called many times, I've been told it's being held up by investigation. Over a month no call back from fraud dept. I been given a case reference and I emailed them to reach me still nothing no call back from them.

      If you try to reach someone by phone, you are totally out of luck. VERY long holds, and then you will probably be frustrated and your problem will not be resolved. I spent a whole hour on hold, and then the person on the other end was difficult to understand. I would never recommend this "service" - **** ****. I registered a Comchek, presented it to my bank and they received an authorization code. 6 days later the funds are deducted. When I call (the first time) I am advised that my check was "the wrong color" but they won't put the money back on my card. I'm supposed to go to my bank, have them FAX a copy of the wrong color check and a copy of a replacement check of the right color, and they will fix it. Sure. I'm absolutely holding my breath.
