      Do yourself a favor and DON'T EVER SIGN UP WITH COMDATA! They charged us tens of thousands of nonsense fees over the several years we were with them. We had about 25 cards (credit limit of around $60k) for our drivers and their customer service was about the worst I have ever seen or experienced from any vendor. As an example, they charged us a "high risk fee of $945" on a statement where our actual usage was under $300. (this was the last month we used them when we were transitioning away from their terrible system). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER! You have been warned.

      You are only partially correct and trying to minimize the overall terrible experience we had over the several years we did business with Comdata.
      Only a small fraction of the fees were credited. And I was required to upgrade our account by paying more per card (more than double) to get those credits.
      And a $945 fee was charged in a month we only charged $300 worth of gas and it was never credited. Who would think that makes any sense at all.

      ******FRAUDULENT CHARGES*********
      What ever you do, try not to EVER get a fraudulent charge to your fuel card. COMDATA WILL NOT HELP! Instead they insist on taking the money out of your bank causing someone like me who is a start up business to become overdrawn. Even though you call immediately and notify them of fraud, they will tell you to contact your bank and have them deal with it. When they (comdata) can put a stop to it. NOPE!! they want the money first, which in return YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET IT BACK FROM THEM. They also like to change their name to collect as well. So if you put a stop to it per your bank, make sure you have all forms of Comdata names they will use to try to pull out. I put a stop to all future payments due to closing our account with them and lo and behold, my bank seen that in past they have used several names in past for payment. You have Iconnect and comdata inc. So if you to need to close out future withdrawals from them, keep that in mind. Also, the other thing they like to do is lower your credit amount and instead of weekly payments, they will CHANGE IT TO DAILY WITHDRAWLS which would be no different then using a debt card. Defeats the whole purpose of using a fuel card with them when you get paid weekly and it would just be feasible to have fuel payment taken out weekly. This company is ruthless and not user friendly. I AGREE WITH OTHER POSTS. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. FIRST INVESTEGATED AND THEN SHUT DOWN. DO NOT USE COMDATA INC.

      Called comdat yesterday to cance com check 2 different agents give me directions an say 24 hours to complete
      Now 10 hour red later 2 agents say I should have done yesterday
      Comdat is a joke *** 10 times better do not use comdata

      I've been owed $270.00 from them since Sept2022 I call they want me to email comdata support and I've done that I know atleastb20 times to no avail have my card gotten activated are I've gotten my money,everyone needs fired,because nobody has handled this matter,a lady name Theresa B,email me talking about 10 to 90 days why are they trying to keep my money

      I wish I would have paid attention to the reviews on line would have saved me time and money I was on automatic payments then one day couldn’t purchase fuel had five loads to cover that week they hadn’t pulled funds out of my account for a couple weeks I had about four hundred dollars credit left for fuel had to cancel all five loads lost several thousand dollars when I called them they couldn’t even tell me why they weren’t pulling the funds out on auto pay I then requested to be put on self pay they said I didn’t qualify to many late payments Hello I’m on auto pay called you wanting to know why you aren’t pulling the funds out so long story short I ended up paying them $2,799.00 dollars through a wire transfer said they couldn’t take ach/ debit card payment has to be wire or ******* ******* payment so that cost me $25.00 for wire transfer plus $20.00 dollars for insufficient funds after I told them do not pull any more funds from my account give me the total I owe and I will pay you they tried to pull over $1200.00 from my account afterwards so bank locked my account for me if you have time and money to waste go ahead

      If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We have had account issues for 4 months straight. Long wait times on hold to get customer service and I've had 3 different explanations from 3 different reps. Account manager's refuse to get on the line, the rep puts you on hold, discusses the issue and then comes back. However, if you get them to walk through the "solution" on their end, they realize it still DOES NOT WORK. This last call was the final straw... I'm on hold for the 5th time on the call and then the line goes dead.

      I have never been late on my payment. 2 days ago, received an "Early Account Limit Notification" message. Never seen this before. Called and was told my account was part of an audit. My fuel purchase limit was reduced from $8000 per month to $900 per week!! For what...Usage. I wasn't using my card enough. What kind of crap is that. Did anyone call me...No. An email sent...No. I go to fuel...and was only able to put in $11. In a truck that holds to 200 gallons of fuel. The agent says they need 30 days to review. How do I work and operate my business? Now I'm abandoned out of state with no fuel. AVOID and Shut them down. This is either a scam company or company run by idiots. Prepare for a lawsuit.

      COMDATA teamed up with ****** to solicit to ALL of ****** independent truckers, and received thousands of customers by teaming up with ****** 
      1. COMDATA NEVER BOTHERED TO CHECK NEW CUSTOMERS CREDIT FOR THIS FUEL CARD BECAUSE....
      2.COMDATA WAS GAINING THOUSANDS OF NEW CUSTOMERS, AND THEY KNEW TRUCKERS WAS MAKING MONEY WITH ****** AT THAT TIME!!
      3. NOW THAT FREIGHT RATES ARE LOW, THOUSANDS OF LETTERS ARE SENT OUT TO CUSTOMERS WITH CREDIT ISSUES!

      I have been ignored by fraud dispute department for almost two months. I have saved all emails and documents of me trying to contact every single day for a response for almost two months and heard nothing. I am owed over 800 they refuse to look into. I even filed a police report into the Fraud and there was an arrest made, so I don't know why it's taking so long. This is ridiculous.

      This company is full of Crap! I filed a dispute with them on Jan. 10th 2022, Here it is Feb. 17th 2023. When i first filed the dispute i was "Assured that ibwill have a response within the 21 business day time frame, here it is going on a month later still no email from the fraud department, still no phone call, all they can say is.....The fraud department will be in contact with you " soon" The card i had stolen came from a plasma center, 2 unauthorized transactions were made on my card! Here I,am donating plasma to save lives, my money gets stolen and they don't want to reimburse me!!! It is really tiresome, annoying,and unacceptable! And at the end of the day they don't cate because it is not their money!! I,am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB, and the state attorney. If you can stay away from this company
