    My first order arrived in poor condition, with many ripped and broken leaves. I messaged customer service, and within the week they had responded to me and sent off a new tree. The new tree arrived quickly and in much better condition. It is such a beautiful tree! Customer sservice was absolutly wonderful! I will be purchasing more from this company!

    I ordered five 3-gallon green mountain boxwood shrubs. A 3 gallon plant is much more expensive than a one gallon plant because it should be bigger and had time to grow. What I received was were 5 small plants clearly ripped out of a one gallon container and hastily put into 3 gallon containers to appear I got what I paid for.

    Ordered an ice cream banana tree, a lemon tree, and a goji ***** plant. The ice cream banana tree had three leaves and one of them was broken upon arrival. It died within a week. The goji ***** plant looks sickly, but its still surviving. The lemon tree seems very healthy.

    I received a lemon tree that came broken in two in shipment. I sent word (and photo) of this and quickly received a replacement. It was not only exceptional service but, very courteous response and assistance. Thank you very much! My new tree is safe and growing already, in the space of a few weeks. I love it!

    Roses I ordered are ok so far. I've ordered some lavender 5 times and they all died either from delivery shock or poor plants. Alot of plants I do want are always out of stock I'm on the fence right now with fast growing trees. I'll try a replacement 1 more time on my lavender and that's it. Hopefully my roses will survive our Wisconsin winter .

    Although they are VERY expensive, they do provide OUTSTANDING customer service. Regardless of the why, when my plants needed replaced, they replaced them. Shipping these plants is expensive so that needs to be considered when you consider their cost. Like going to a restaurant, part of what you are buying is the service. 50% of the plants I bought did not do well, whether it was their stress from shipping or change in climate/environment, no matter what I did, the plants did not do well. As promised at the time of purchasing the plants, I was provided replacements and/or store credit. I could not rate as 5 due to the fact the plants did need replacement.

    False advertisement for 1 gallon plants, poor quality of plants when they arrive and inability to post negative review on site in spite of providing all required information. All reviews on site are 5 stars I. Spite of reviews from other platforms.

    We are so sorry your plants were not as expected. We sell some plants by height and others by container size. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a height for our plants sold by container size however they should have a mature root system for the size container they are planted in.
    We do encourage customer reviews. Reviews do not post immediately due to going through a moderation process to remove any profanity and can take about 30 days to appear on the review site.

    The trees I ordered were all cut significantly, freshly at the top before shipping. I hired help to plant the trees and bushes only to find all were shocked and wilted at the top from significant cuts. I havent seen this from any other nursery trees Ive purchased. FGT said I was watering them too much. I was offered a potential refund for each one as I sent pictures of them dying and go through scratch tests until theyre completely dead. Meanwhile, I will not have the landscaping I would have had I purchased locally.
