    False advertisement for 1 gallon plants, poor quality of plants when they arrive and inability to post negative review on site in spite of providing all required information. All reviews on site are 5 stars I. Spite of reviews from other platforms.

    We are so sorry your plants were not as expected. We sell some plants by height and others by container size. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a height for our plants sold by container size however they should have a mature root system for the size container they are planted in.
    We do encourage customer reviews. Reviews do not post immediately due to going through a moderation process to remove any profanity and can take about 30 days to appear on the review site.

    The trees I ordered were all cut significantly, freshly at the top before shipping. I hired help to plant the trees and bushes only to find all were shocked and wilted at the top from significant cuts. I havent seen this from any other nursery trees Ive purchased. FGT said I was watering them too much. I was offered a potential refund for each one as I sent pictures of them dying and go through scratch tests until theyre completely dead. Meanwhile, I will not have the landscaping I would have had I purchased locally.

    Poor customer service and quality of ******************** are below standard. Trees came damaged and half the leaves missing. Just poor quality. Spend the extra money and go to your local nursery

    I ordered a lemon tree. It did very well for a year but died shortly after it started blooming. I ordered a second one and gave it ideal conditions under which to grow (I have over 20 years of gardening experience and a friend who is an agricultural expert). The second did exactly the same as the first, growing well and filling out but dying one year later shortly after its first bloom. The customer service staff determined that the problem is that I overwatered the plant, and suggested that I should repot it in a bigger pot and let it recover (sadly, it is completely dead). Up to the point of blooming, both lemon trees were thriving, growing to 3-4 tall and filling out. The Fast Growing Trees experts recommended solution seems inadequate (I'm being polite), given that the tree was not overwatered, had a pot that was the right size (maybe even a little large), and the trees *both* died after blooming but thrived until that point. My guess is that when the trees bloom, they pull too many nutrients and other resources from the main plant, and the plant simply can't keep going. I'm very disappointed, not only in the product, but also in the customer service insofar that they preferred to blame me rather than consider the problem with the plants they sell.

    This company sells very small products at high prices. Local nurseries are your better bet, but if looking for something special, as I was, you might make the exception and order online. **************** is very nice, but for instance, many items I enquired about say "in stock" but turn out to be a few months out to ship. Now, anyone who knows anything about planting, knows that early spring and late fall are the two times to plant trees. Who would send an expensive little tree with poor root development to be planted in July? This company would. I had to ask more than once, what trees are really in stock? I was sent a scraggly little tree thrown in a pot with loose soil and poor root development for about $100. GO LOCAL--drive to a nursery ---I have planted about 50 trees myself, and thousands of perennials. I know.....

    Only about 40% of the plants ordered survived after the first year. The two rose trees, one red and one white roses, turned into bushes after the first year. Both bushes had pink roses, not red or white. All the plants were shipped ***** and most arrived in poor condition. ***** mishandled packages. One package had been left in the rain. When I messaged a complaint with photos, I got the run around. I could not recommend this company. I would recommend buying plants at a local nursery. Then, you can bring them home yourself or have the nursery deliver straight to your home. Thereby avoiding the long ***** journey.

    I ordered two trees. The Cherry Tree arrived damaged and died soon after arrival. I called for a replacement and was denied. I was told the tree would revive. It did not. Leaves died and sap was exiting the base of the trunk. This was due to damage either when packed or on route. I would advise customers to go elsewhere. No stars!!

    I've had nothing but a positive experience with them thus far. I have had several orders of various sizes and any and all issues were resolved as soon as I reached out. So far everything is doing well. I had some issues with strawberry plants dying, but they were promptly replaced with really healthy looking plants.

    I had two high-investment orders with fastgrowingtrees.com in March 2024. Neither order was satisfied in full (either incomplete, damaged, or dead items).Being a patient and empathetic person, I reached out to their customer service department numerous times via phone, email and chat to get these items corrected and/or replaced over this two-month period. (One final item has yet to be delivered even though I've been promised three separate delivery dates!) Most of the interaction with the company's customer service has been short, insincere, and what appears to be dishonest.No form of apology, compensation, or most importantly, accountability has transpired. I will not be using this company for future investments and suggest others think carefully before using this company.

    We order a bloodgood Japanese Maple on 4/29/24 based off their 1-2day shipping claim. The did not ship order until 5/4/24. 9 hrs later on 5/4/24 my wife check tracking to see if their was updated deliver information on *** websight.it should Delivery 5/7/24(This coming Tuesday) by said delivery exemption? My wife called ***. They stated we need to contact ******* , As Fast Growing Trees had requested Order Returned to them without contacting us. They stated they cannot issue a credit to our credit card and will be sending a gift card for the balance we are owed for their non delivered Product. This company is playing games .I am filing lawsuit for false advertising promises and credit card fraud.
