    Love ?? everything Ive ordered from time to time from Fast Growing Trees! This recent order of six (6) Pink Triple Dappled ****** shrubs arrived in a timely manner, but I was afraid the delivery company had damaged the plants in their boxes. Since they were packed so well by ***, they looked fine though! Now that theyre planted I am worried about four (4) of them as the leaves are dry and falling off. Im hoping its just a normal temporary shock of the plants. This is such an awesome companydo you think ?? I should be worried about their survival at this early stage in replanting? Your advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

    My baby fig tree is awesome growing like a weed and already has figs. However my bleeding hearts died and I dont know how to do the guaranteed for that.

    Plants arrive promptly and well packed. Unfortunately I tend to loose a couple of plants each delivery. Not sure why. Have not reached out to replace, its just to much work

    I have bought >12 trees ranging from 4-6 ft on two separate occasions. All trees have arrived and behaved as advertised - a little bit of wear and tear from the transport, but largely rejuvenated about 10 days after planting. Nice new growth from the 3-4 week **** after planting.

    I paid extra for a 6ft orange tree and I have a stick with a few leaves. Its been 3 months now and I still havent seen much progress. I am truly disappointed. I have sent gift cards to family for this service and now Im sorry I have. I was so excited to get my big stick??

    We sincierly apologize that your Orange tree did not meet your expectations. Since this is a grafted tree it may not have much branching initially however it will fill out as the plant establishes. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any additional questions or concerns.

    My ********* not purchase from this disreputable business.I ordered close to a $1,000 worth of fruit trees and shrubs.The fruit trees were of poor quality, and of course just like all the other people, I was advised to keep the trees, and if they did not "come back" to call before the 1 year guarantee was up. I have recently contacted them with pictures, asking for my money back.They said, I could have replacement trees, but pay shipping and sales tax or a credit.I want my money back. My advice...If you receive poor product (which seems to be the NORM) REFUSE the product, Immediately call your bank and put in a chargeback for the amount. Let the FastGrowingTrees.com decide how to deal with getting their garbage product ******* NOT BUY from this company.

    We are so sorry that your trees perished. Our One Year Warranty issues a one time replacement if the customer covers shipping or a store credit for the price paid for the plants. Unfortunatly we are unable to issue refunds under our Warranty. We sincierly apologize for any inconvenienced this may cause.

    My advice stands.When the fruit trees were shipped, the company knowingly shipped poor quality.I should have refused the tree then, and done a chargeback..,instead of paying to have them planted, watering them, and wasting a year of grow time. Disreputable company.

    Purchase went smoothly and plants arrived close to estimation. Unfortunately, they didn't survive the stress of shipping and being planted. They died within 2 weeks. I know how 2 sticks planted in my yard.

    I called and ordered a tree for a relative to be delivered at the end of August. They took my payment, emailed me confirmation, emailed me to see if I wanted a gift message with it, confirmed it was to be delivered the week of. When I called the Tuesday of the delivery week I was told that there were no trees to be delivered and my order was cancelled. They had all my conversations with them in my file, but took my money, the gift message, but no one bothered to tell me that they didn't have the tree until I called the day after it was supposed to be delivered. Super poor customer service and communicaiton.

    We sincerely apologize that your order did not ship out as anticipated. Since we sell live plants, we do have to check the quality prior to shipping and will not ship anything that does not meet our standards. When picking this for shipping, it did not pass our quality check to be shipped. We did process a cancellation for this, issuing a full refund. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

    Fast growing trees is nice company with a very good variety of trees and shrubs. Good with option to pay for purchasing in extended time. Prices are high, but some sales or discount helps. I bought many trees from this company. They give you 1 year warranty for free and 2 years to pay, but this is reasonable charge. Yes,recommend this company for trees and bushes.
