  Purchase went smoothly and plants arrived close to estimation. Unfortunately, they didn't survive the stress of shipping and being planted. They died within 2 weeks. I know how 2 sticks planted in my yard.

  I called and ordered a tree for a relative to be delivered at the end of August. They took my payment, emailed me confirmation, emailed me to see if I wanted a gift message with it, confirmed it was to be delivered the week of. When I called the Tuesday of the delivery week I was told that there were no trees to be delivered and my order was cancelled. They had all my conversations with them in my file, but took my money, the gift message, but no one bothered to tell me that they didn't have the tree until I called the day after it was supposed to be delivered. Super poor customer service and communicaiton.

  We sincerely apologize that your order did not ship out as anticipated. Since we sell live plants, we do have to check the quality prior to shipping and will not ship anything that does not meet our standards. When picking this for shipping, it did not pass our quality check to be shipped. We did process a cancellation for this, issuing a full refund. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

  Fast growing trees is nice company with a very good variety of trees and shrubs. Good with option to pay for purchasing in extended time. Prices are high, but some sales or discount helps. I bought many trees from this company. They give you 1 year warranty for free and 2 years to pay, but this is reasonable charge. Yes,recommend this company for trees and bushes.

  Ordered a tree it was delayed I wasn’t notified I had to email them. Then they gave a wide range of dates it would be delivered I ask if it isn’t delivered what would the return policy be. Then I got an email saying it would be delivered before the date almost same day got a refund no email or explanation.

  Ordered 2 trees over a month ago. Paid charge and no updates other than processing order. I have very low expectations and will not shop Fast Growing tress. They need to change name to SlowNotGrowingTrees

  Didn't really speak to anyone from the company itself concerning my purchase, so I have nothing to say concerning customer service. If I had experienced what other's have reported, I would not be giving 4 stars or doing business with you.Since I DIDN'T experience that, and the company DID show concern and interest immediately upon receipt... I appreciate that quite a lot!!I bought a tulip tree on line from these people and they shipped on time, exactly as they said. Again, very much appreciated!!The ONLY two reasons I don't give a 5 star rating is because you shipped it during the 3 HOTTEST days of the summer and the company you choose to ship with has "delivery" hours between 7am to 9pm but only report " end of business day", without giving such ridiculous hours! Most businesses are up front and placing me under the stress of a high dollar tree being shipped in extreme heat for 3 days, lost you a star.The tree arrived early evening, (7:30 pm), and was hot and dry. I followed the instructions and watered the root ball immediately. The tree is thriving and I won't give that fifth star until next spring when it shows me some leaves.Otherwise... as my first "mail order" item in my life... I'm very satisfied with these folks and recommend them highly! Thank you for your business!

  I had a great experience with customer service. A tree I had ordered arrived as a stick with dry leaves, still I planted it but after a few weeks contacted customer service. Sent pics they requested etc. They sent a new tree that was much larger and is thriving! Everything I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees is doing great!

  One of the absolute worst purchase and customer service experiences of all time. I bought 5 trees, 2 of which died almost instantly & 2 more dying. I sent an email requesting help for how to save the 2 dying and replace the 2 dead with pictures and nobody answered me. I sent another email over 3 weeks later and they responded by asking for a scratch test and further pictures. In the meantime I still had to ask again for help to save the trees that werent dead as the pictures and scratch test were meant for getting replacements. I finally got an answer with some help almost 2 further weeks later of back and fourth. In the meantime all 4 trees had fully died and they went out of stock at the store, so instead of replacing they gave an in store credit and only for 3 of the 4 dead trees. I asked for a full refund for these 4 dead trees since they died due to lack of prompt response and also due to this lack of response they went out of stock in the meantime and couldnt replace them to match the 1 tree that did survive (but looks pitiful). They refused to give a refund which I think is entirely wrong given the above mentioned circumstances. In addition to this 2 month long arduous process of trying to get any help, dealing with rude dismissive employee after employee, they then tried to say they did respond when said response doesnt exist. Remarkable unprofessionalism. After 2 months of arguing for what was just, I gave up and will never shop here again and hope nobody else does either.

  Theres ZERO sincerity with anything from ***. ******* called to resolve my issue I reported on the BBB. When I called back she was out and when she called me back she pretended my voicemail was full! If this behavior of lies and total ring around wasnt so abhorrent it would be laughable at this point. Then through email instead of calling me back she offered tree care assistance, when the trees of question are all DEAD and have been for a month now, as mentioned many times. Then further made up excuses and all leading to absolutely no further help whatsoever to which I had to ask why did you even call me? This clearly was a facade to make it look like they tried to respond to my BBB report. I truly hope everyone thinks long and hard before purchasing from this company because if anything goes wrong with the plants, which seems to often be the case, youre SOL. What a ridiculous waste of time and money.

  Be careful to do business with this company, they dont respect their warranty. I bought a musgokee crepe ****** tree from them, but they sent me a tree with white flowers, so I emailed them about it, but they never did anything but gave strange excuses like the flowers will change colors in the future.

  ***** ****** trees rely on full sunlight to develop the pigment in their flowers. If your tree decides to bloom on a cloudy day, the color might appear faded or entirely white due to unpredictable weather conditions. No need to worry, though! This is a temporary change, and your tree will likely even out in color over time. While we can't suggest any interventions to alter the color of already open flowers, ***** ****** trees, with their repetitive blooming habit, often correct the color during the growing season.
