    I bought 2 trees first one was eastern red bud, 3-4 ft, came packaged well gave it some time to perk up then planted. No new growth happened and it just lost its leaves as other trees have. Well see want spring brings. Second one white flowering dogwood 4-5 ft, this was packaged the same but carrier didnt take care and delivered late, so it was not in good shape upon arrival, didnt perk up as well, but planted. This one lost all leaves early, but branches seemed alive. Spring will tell on both.

    They ship sick plants and then bill you the cost to replace them. They will claim items shipped that never arrive, decline to send tracking info and then updated their terms and conditions to only offer store credit. You ask for a replacement willing to eat the cost to ship and they say that one really shouldnt ship across the country anyways. Then why is it offered in my state. ******** customer service, progressively more unethical business practices over the years. Do NOT purchase from here regardless of discounts offered, pay more for a healthy plant and kind, competent customer service elsewhere.

    That you for your feedback and we sincierly apologize that you had difficulties getting assistance with your orders. We do cover our plants under our Alive and Thrive Guarantee. Unfortunatly this guarantee does not issue refunds and replacement shipping and taxes is at the customers expense. Each item is eligible for a one time replacement. Our Guarantee does not cover plants purchased outside of their recommended growing zones. We provide zoning information on each product page and we can also assist in selecting the perfect plant for your location prior to ordering.     price was right but the poor tree ( Thuja Green Giant Arbor 2-3 feet tall) was really dry when it got here. It lost several branches that just dried up and fell off. I got it in the ground and watered in less than an hour after receiving it. Will see if it makes it this winter.

    I have bought almost a dozen trees over the last year plus from fastgrowingtrees.com. I have been extremely satisfied with their service. They have always been available to address my concerns about a particular tree and when one of our trees didnt survive within one year of purchase, they replaced it with a larger one and provided tips on how to help nurture the new tree and ensure successful growth. We will continue to do business with this company. We just recently purchased one of their ****** and very excited to see it thrive!

    Bought 4 oak trees 2 trees are alive and 2 died. When I called to have them replaced they claimed that they aren't dead. No leaves and no green on the trunk of the tree. The other 2 are green and with green leaves. Good luck if you buy from them.

This time of year most deciduous trees are dropping their foliage or may be completely bare so we do request photos showing a scratch test on deciduous trees. If they are not black or brown when scratching the bark, they should push out new growth in the spring as temperatures warm up. We have reached out directly to provide additional assistance.

    I have acquired and planted a few trees a year for decades now. Fastgrowingtrees.com is one of the better vendors that I am aware of. The company always sends the correct product. The packaging of that product is well done at that. They also honor warranty claims better than a competitor. However, sometimes other nurseries can have a better price, so this is a 4.5 star review rounded up.
