  I purchased a tree from Fast Growing Trees September 2022. I paid a total of $164.57. Warranty $15.95 Tree $129.95 Tax $9.68 Total $164.57 The tree arrived but did not look healthy but I went ahead and planted it. The leaves fell off quickly in the fall and did not come back in the spring. I contacted Fast growing trees and they had me send pictures of the tree with a scratch to see if it still had life in it. They agreed that it was dead and I asked for a refund of the tree and the tax I paid on the tree. Fast Growing tree would only give me a store credit of $129.96 but would not refund the tax. I asked if I would have to pay additional tax on any new tree that I might purchase with the credit and they said I would have to pay additional tax. They would not refund the tax that I paid saying that this was a store credit and not a refund. CAUTION TO ANYONE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I WISH THAT I HAD READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE, BEFORE ORDERING FROM FAST GROWING TREES.

  We are so sorry to hear you had difficulties with the warranty process. Our one year warranty issues a one-time replacement or store credit for the price paid for the trees should they perish within 1 year. Our warranty does not extend refunds, unfortunately.   I purchased a tree from fastgrowingtrees.com back in July of 2022. When I received the tree, it looked in bad shape to begin with. Unfortunately the tree died and I reported it dead within the 30day grace ******* I was told to wait and see if it might begin to grow. I have waited for the fall, winter and spring to see if it would produce leaves. It never did. I notified the company in April of 2023 that it was dead. The company refuses to replace the dead tree. So I purchased a $130 tree for nothing. They offered to sell me an extended warranty to get a replacement which was absurd. Why would I purchase an extended warranty for a tree that was warrantied, and notified with in the grace ****** that it died. Buyer beware with this company. I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this place.

  Ordered 2 ****** and 1 quaking aspen Mar 20 2023. Shipped via Fed Ex 3/27 and we received them 8 days later in very poor shape. I had numerous conversations with ***************** at FGT plus other customer reps who indicated my request for a refund or credit or another tree to be shipped as replacement. I was told if in poor shape they would refund. I have asked for a refund, a credit, or for them to add on a warranty at their expense to see how trees look in 3 months - nothing has been resolved. At this time all 3 trees look dead (wilted, black spots, or whole black leaves, limbs hanging straight down) but we are still watering and waiting for a response back from the company or ************ Definitely will never buy from them again and chalk this up to another company doesn't know how to deliver worry free shipping of live trees nor take care of the customer after the sale.

  I thought it was something I did and then I read the reviews below and the same thing... two of three trees dropped their leaves and when I called to ask why or what could be done the answer was to send more money! I was warned. Did not heed the advice to go elsewhere for trees and here I am with two dead trees for $130. Buyer beware!

  I wouldn't order from this business again if they were the last mail order business the planet. I also wouldn't give them even 1 star. I ordered two "Blue Wonder" Alberta spruce trees, which are dwarf trees that don't get over 6 feet in 10 years. The picture showed a true Blue Wonder Alberta spruce, and the description said it was perfect for a small yard. The space I wanted them for was under a power line. What I received was 2 "Colorado Blue" spruce trees, which top out at about 100 feet. I immediately called and explained that I had received the wrong trees, they even had tags saying they were "Colorado Blue Spruce". I was told they were Ihe correct trees, because the nursery had NO Colorado spruce trees in stock, and that I should wait a few months and watch them, and then call back if they weren't the correct trees. After three months, they had put on 6 inches of new growth. They were obviously NOT Alberta Spruce trees. I called back, and was told "We never had Alberta Spruce, what you ordered was "Colorado Spruce". Wrong! The screen print I took of my order shows that what was offered, (and what I ordered,) was the Alberta Spruce, and included a picture of the small mature tree. Apparently, however, the nursery had caught their mistake, because when I checked the online catalog, they had changed the entry to "Colorado Spruce" and removed the line about a "small sized tree for a small yard." After several attempts to resolve the problem, they started hanging up on my calls. I am now faced with my only option: to tell everyone and anyone not to buy from these rip-off's.

  The ************************ are a waste of money! I ordered 10 1-2 ft aborvitaes and two years later they may have grown 1 ft. all 10 of them. We put mulch around them like custom service suggested and watered them. Then they started dying almost two years later. They should be well established by now but instead they're DYING. What is the purpose of tending to these trees for two years now for privacy from our neighbors and we need to dig them up and throw them in the compost pile. What a waste of time and money to order from this company. I hope any potential customer will pray before wasting hard earned money for these trees. *********************!!!!!!

  I originally ordered 2 trees. I followed directions for planting and watering and they both died. This ordeal started in May, 2022. It is now November, 2022, and I have had them send me new trees several times because the things keep dying. The last trees I got, I planted in pots and kept them inside. They are now dead. Since these trees did not die within 30 days, I am out $200.00, and have NO living trees!!! This company stinks! They also refuse to refund my money! If they sold good quality trees, they wouldnt be afraid to refund my money.
