- Review fromMaria R- Date: 07/09/2023 1 starI really wanted to love this company, but they really let me down. After chatting with them online 3 separate times to figure out which trees I needed in my zone, I thought I was prepared to make an informed purchase. I spent $1500 on fruit trees and bushes that were mature enough to fruit this year. At one point before the trees and bushes arrived, I contacted them to ask how I ought to prepare my soil and was told to just dig a hole and they'll be fine. NONE of the trees are going to fruit, and in fact they haven't grown at all, with 2 of them dying. They replaced one of the dying trees with a comically dead, bone dry tree. I mean, this replacement tree arrived so absolutely dead, I took an unboxing video to prove it to them. So they refunded me so I could order another one, but by that time, the price was jacked up so I couldn't with my refund. Another tree I ordered, a cherry one, which I ordered with the big order, never arrived. I called about it, they said they were sending it the following Monday, and it never arrived. So, I spent $1500 to have a missing tree, 2 dead ones, and no, I'm not getting any fruit this year despite spending all the extra money to get fruit-ready trees. I put my order in early April, and when I just got off the phone with them with my grievances, they said that I didn't buy the year-warranty they advertise come with all their plants. I wasn't given the option to buy it; they advertise it like it's automatic. The customer rep said they can't do anything for me. I really wanted to love this company, but they do not deliver on.....anything.- FastGrowingTrees.com- Date: 07/11/2023 - We are so sorry your trees are not growing as anticipated. We were able to assist with replacements for the Bing and Honeycrisp.
At this height they can produce within the first year in ideal circumstances however when initially planted the trees will focus on root growth so above gound may be a little slower at first but will pick up as the tree establishes.
- Review fromJudy R- Date: 06/05/2023 1 starI placed an order with Fast Growing Trees on Feb. 27, 2023. I ordered a Wisteria tree for a total of $106.89. It was to be shipped Mid of May. The tree never came and never heard a word. In June I tried to reach a live personal n no luck. I when on their online CS and asked where my tree was. The reply was it was out of stock. I said to cancel my order and refund my $106.89.This company had my money since Feb! Never notified me it was out of stock. I will never buy from this company again. Buyer Beware!!!!!!*******************- FastGrowingTrees.com- Date: 06/06/2023 We are so sorry your order had been delayed. Unfortunately with shipping live plants, so many environmental factors can affect our stock and we will not ship anything that is not up to our standards. We do show you were refunded for this but do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.
- Review fromCheryl R- Date: 05/21/2023 1 starI ordered an Autumn Brillance Serviceberry tree last September 2022. The tree arrived unhealthy looking and had about 4 or 5 bronze leaves on it; it looked as if it was going dormant. But I planted it immediately and didn't contact the company because I thought it might leaf out the following spring and their "arrive healthy and thrive" policy would be something I could rely on. The tree did not leaf out, but it had buds on it and suckers growing from the base. I contacted Fast Growing Trees customer service in April 2023, and was told to do a scratch test. About 3 feet of the tree was brown under the skin (dead) but was green at the base. The representative said the tree was dead. However, they could either give me store credit or replace the tree. But, I would be required to purchase a discounted replacement warranty in order to receive a replacement tree or receive store credit. I told the representative I wouldn't send them any more money because I didn't get what they promised me. They guaranteed a healthy and thriving tree, which I paid lots of money for but didn't get!I haven't heard from them since.- FastGrowingTrees.com- Date: 05/25/2023 We cover our plants under a 30 day Alive and Thrive guarantee and offer an optional one year warranty that can be added at checkout for extra coverage. For Decedious plants shipped between March and October, we cover our plants under a dormancy guarantee. We have reached out and offered assistance.
- Review fromJay H- Date: 05/15/2023 1 starWe purchased their plant unfortunately it died even after following their care instructions. It seems like they are in the business of selling warranty, instead of replacing our dead plant.I would not recommend anyone to shop at FastGrowingTrees.com. Better go to ****** or ********** since they stand by the plants they sell at their garden center.- FastGrowingTrees.com- Date: 05/18/2023 We are so sorry your plants did not make it. Since we sell live products, we do cover our plants under a 30 day Alive and Thrive Guarantee. We also offer an ooptional one year warranty that can be added at checkout for additional coverage outside of our standard 30 day guarantee.
- Review fromJoe P- Date: 05/15/2023 1 starWe bought plant from them. Unfortunately, their plant died after 1 year, even after following their care instructions. Instead of replacing the dead plant free-of-charge, they are now in the business of selling warranty, just like a dirty auto dealership. I would not shop at FastGrowingTrees.com anymore & would rather go to ********** since they stand by their plants they sell.
- Review fromJosh B- Date: 05/12/2023 1 starThis company provides trees and shrubs with no hope for survival. I ordered and immediately planted 2 peach trees. Within a couple months, no green. I called, they asked for a scratch test. I saw green, they said it would be ok and they were in shock. Come August, same thing. Again, I thought I saw a bit of green near trunk. They told me to call again in sprint 2023 at which point they'd take care of it if they were truly dead. Here we are, spring 2023. No leaves. Just called and from the get-go I was alerted that I didn't purchase their optional warranty so there might not be anything I could do. After 20 min of waiting and taking photos of both trees and sending them, then waiting for a supervisor, I was told "as a courtesy" they could ship 2 new ones if I paid shipping. "How much is shipping?" I asked. $25 was the response. Great, let's do that. After another 5 min of waiting, I hear "I apologize, shipping is actually going to be around $125 with oversized shipping fees, etc." I decide to give up and told her I guess I'm done and wouldn't be using the company again. Note that I was perfectly calm and didn't raise my voice, get angry or whatever. Then the rep starts talking over me and raising her voice, stating, "You paid $250 for both trees last year, this is half of that cost!" I said I didn't need more dead trees like these...she started arguing and talking over me noting "They weren't dead last year!" Bizarre way to operate your company. Rather than argue I told her, "I appreciate your willingness to argue with me, but I think I'm done." So here we are. Don't use them.- FastGrowingTrees.com- Date: 05/17/2023 Our orders are covered under a standard 30 day guarantee and we offer an optional one year warranty that can be added at checkout. The warranty is beneficial as so many factors can affect the health of live goods. We have reached out and agreed to waive the shipping. Let ** know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
- Review fromRebecca D- Date: 05/10/2023 1 starWorst "tree" plant company I've ever dealt with. Purchased several trees and plants from them with all of them dying. Of course warranty was expired when I finally got in contact with them. I don't recommend anything from them they are a scam.

- Review fromChrissy S- Date: 05/03/2023 1 starFast Growing Trees is a complete scam. I ordered an apricot tree for over $150. It arrived dead and I notified them at around 25 days in which they them asked me to pay for an extended warranty. The tree had a 30 day warranty but they did not want to uphold it. It took several emails and phone calls before they said they would replace my tree. Then, they send me a gift card which doesn't equal the amount I spent on the tree. They said they were out of stock but the website shows they have the tree for more money. So basically they want me to spend another $30 to get my replacement tree because they shipped me a dead tree. Always shop at your local nursery where you can find the same tree for about a $100 than FGT price. I guarantee you that it will be better quality and a lot cheaper. I will never purchase anything from this company again.- FastGrowingTrees.com- Date: 05/08/2023 We are so sorry your tree did not make it and sincierly appalogize for the confusion on the optional added on year warranty. Your order is covered under our ********************************************************************************************************************************** concerns.
- Review fromTammy H- Date: 05/02/2023 1 starPurchased 2 trees with 1 year unlimited warranty on March 5, trees were delivered on March 7.Took a picture of both trees on March 29th because they didn't seem to be doing much.I took another set of pictures of both trees on April 20th because they still don't seem to be doing too much. I emailed the supposed support address with the pictures asking if this was normal or should I be concerned.I emailed again on April 25th, maybe my email to support got lost somehow.Today I emailed again, but I really don't have a lot of hope that they will respond, I wonder if it is even monitored,Today the trees seem to be doing slightly better, so maybe it wasn't $330 wasted, but I still feel like I was ripped off for buying the 1 year warranty (I work 2 jobs and cannot sit on the phone and chat about trees at either job)- FastGrowingTrees.com- Date: 05/04/2023 We are so sorry to hear you have not gotten a reply on your concerns with your tree. We have reached out directly to assist. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
