Original 6 foot white oak arrived as a 4 foot twig of a tree with broken top and it died in a matter of weeks. Vendor replaced at no cost with a approximately 6 foot white oak but the top was cut off. This tree also died in 1st year, site sells poor quality trees that arrive with damage.Customer Answer

I had placed an order on Jan 22, 2023 and in the amount of ******. My order number is **********. I had ordered 3 trees as well as 4 blueberry plants and a bottle of neem spray. I had paid extra to have larger trees that would have a short time to become fruit bearing. These trees and bushes were planted and watered appropriately. Unfortunately, they have all died. I contacted the company to get a refund or replace them at which time they informed me I had not purchased a warranty covering the trees and was offered to spend another few hundred dollars, so they could then replace them. These trees were twigs to begin with, for what I paid for. The warranty is a joke, you shouldnt have to pay extra to have your plants covered for the first year. At this point I have a bunch of dead plants/trees that I just want a refund for, so I can go purchase elsewhere.Business Response

This order was placed on 1/22/23 and shipped 3/30/23. Our orders are covered under a 30 day guarantee and we offer an optional one year warranty that can be added at checkout. The warranty was not added to this order and unfortunatly we do not issue refunds since we sell perishable products. I am rejecting this response because: As a large company like this, they should want to take care of their customers, clearly they dont care. Requesting customers to pay extra for a warranty is bogus. They want me to pay a extra couple hundred dollars to replace garbage plants that clearly are unwell. So maybe I have the same issue with them again and they want me to pay the warranty again? Seems like a huge scam that I fell for. Save your money with the people, go to Lowes and get a true 1-2 year fruit bearing tree for under $60. I attempted to solve this, but I will let everyone I know how this is a terrible business practice, and to spend their money elsewhere.Business Response

I bought 3 cape myrtle ******************** on March 30th 2023 from fastgrowingtrees.com, and planted right after I received it. Then I waited for 2 months and two of them are healthy and sprouting, the other one is just skinny bare trunk not growing leaves. I've contacted fastgrowingtrees.com and they just tell me to keep an eye on it, I waited another 2 months and still the same thing. I had bought 2 trees August 2022. A peach tree and an Apple tree. The peach tree thrived but the apple tree died within a few weeks. After contacting the business, they agreed to replace the tree if it did not survive the winter. In April 2023, I contacted the business to let them know the tree did not survive and they sent a replacement. After receiving the replacement tree, it did not have any leaves and did not appear to be healthy but I planted it anyway. It never bloomed and died within a few weeks. I contacted the business again and was told the warranty was expired and I had the option to purchase an additional 1 year warranty for $27.99 in order to get a replacement for the replacement tree. I agreed to purchase the additional warranty but I was never contacted again to let me know how to purchase that warranty. After 3 emails of trying to get a response, no one would respond to me. I purchased an American beauty dragon fruit tree and it died since I have insurance on it I should get one but they are out of stock . I bought a tree from them, planted and watered as directed and it died. All the leaves fell off, they had me scrape off the bark and since it was still green below the bark they would not refund as there warranty indicated. The tree quickly dried up and completely died just after the warranty date.Business Response

My order from 7/12/2023 I ordered a few trees from them before and decided to order some boxwoods and a few Zeylanica Snake plants (See receipt) . There was a three pack combo of the Zeylanica snake plants so I got it for a fee of $160 for all three. My receipt say Zeylanica, the packing slip inside says Zeylanica, however I got three different snake plants in this combo. The header is discribed says *********, the picture is of a Zeylanica. All of my receipts say the same thing. I called offering to return the two snake plants that were not Zelanica and the most they offered me was a 15% discount back on what I ordered. They just loss a customer but the *** did not appear to care much about that. My order was $600 and I simply want the two Zeylanica plants I ordered. I purchased 4 trees and 3 of them are dying. I got the warranty because I spoke with a gentleman named ****** that advised me to pay ***** to cover all my trees. Only one of the trees has not died the others have. I contacted on 07/10/23 requesting a refund and was told by a lady named ********************* I cant have a refund, I planted outside zone. No I planted in late spring when website said I should. I also had a tree that never showed up, instead of asking me if I wanted a refund they sent another tree that its clearly to hot to plant. I told her I should have had the option to get a refund, why would I plant another tree just to die from heat? She refused to refund my money. I have two dead tress that I spent a lot of money and time on. I feel I should be issued a refund.
