    i tried to renew my passport and it was still processing when i signed in but it has been processing for 10months, the date today is May 13, 2024 I see the status that my application is being processed and is 70% Completed, but it's the same as last year when I submitted my photo *** a help/support through chat said: I can cancel the application, but I wanted to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund for the service as the application falls outside of our refund policy.but later said:Your application was created on August 10, 2023. We have sent you email notifications regarding the progress of your application. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for the service fee of $57, but we can refund the government fee of $130.wasted almost a year......

    We are deeply sorry that GOV+ did not meet your expectations and left you feeling disappointed and frustrated. This is certainly not the experience we want for our valued customers, especially after promising a seamless and enjoyable experience. Upon checking our communication logs, we found out that we had sent multiple emails regarding the passport photos you have uploaded. Please know that several photos that we know would be rejected by the passport agency were submitted, including a photo of you smiling with your teeth showing, and a photo of you in a military uniform, which caused the delay. 

    We would also like to clarify that when you submitted your application for a passport renewal, it was also not for a regular passport but for an official one. We do not process emergency, official or diplomatic passports. We understand this is frustrating and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    We have processed a full refund of the $57 software fee as we cannot complete this application on our end. Refund email confirmation has been sent and was delivered Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary among banks.

    Thank you for your understanding, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    If I can renew my passport without visiting the federal building at ****************************************************************************, it will be helpful. Now that I have paid and now tracking down the time period, in which my passport will be mailed to me, it is a great service to apply on line with the Passport Services.All other sources do not offer the type of renewal of my passport as, The Passport Application.As a veteran, I would like to travel to Europe for the ***** Olympics and I have only a few months to receive a passport.GovPlus, is a convient and secured resource to receive a new passport in a matter of days, instead of months,,,,Thank you, GovPlus;******************************** April 12, 2024

    I truly appreciate the online Gov Plus application because it is a one-stop shop, so to speak. It allows me to apply for multiple documents as needed from the convenience of my home. I'm looking forward to not having to wait in line at the airport, and moving quickly through the check in process.

    I used this service for my passport renewal paid over 300 to expedite . Submitted the request on February 14 and all there did was send me filled out forms on May 9th to send it out my self . 3 months later . This is a horrible scam . Do not use this service please use the gov website and do it your self , i have so much regret using this service . Not about the money its about the time they wasted. I still have to wait 2-3 weeks from today to get my passport . I hope they get shut down
