    Do not use this service!! This is a scam and they charge you for things you could do yourself. They also want you to send an original documents through the mail which is absurd. I asked for a refund because I never used the service and they refused. They sent me an envelope with some docs I could have done myself online. This is a ridiculous business that preys on peoples desire to get things done quickly, and they are not honest or forthcoming about what they actually do or what services they actually Provide.

It's important to note the need for accuracy in public statements, especially when using defamatory language such as "scam." Statements like "I asked for a refund because I never used the service and they refused." should also be supported by factual information rather than oversights, assumptions, or emotions. We can assure you that we never denied our customers assistance or refunds. As long as the reasons are valid, all our customers needed to do was reach out.

    We encourage you to explore our website, including official articles, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our company and services. It's important not to rely on preconceived biases to make judgments about the legitimacy of our services. All relevant information regarding our services, broken down by product or application type, is prominently displayed on the website for free.

    About the benefits of using our services, for the one-time software fee, customers gain the ability to fulfill all the requirements for certain applications without the need for a printer or scanner. We appreciate your ability to independently navigate government applications and/or websites, gather all the necessary forms and fill them out one by one, and fulfill all the requirements. However, these tasks may be simple for some but overwhelming for others who lack patience, knowledge, time or assistance. Our platform addresses various circumstances by providing a centralized space for government applications and offering round-the-clock assistance within minutes. This eliminates the need for customers to wait ***** minutes for answers to inquiries, especially customers that have jobs and can not stay on hold during working hours. These are just a few of the value-added services we provide.

    Please be sure to thoroughly review our website in its entirety, you would have discovered extensive information that dispels any potential confusion or assumptions about our company, fees, and services. On May 7th, 2024, you submitted an application for a Passport Renewal and Social Security Card replacement. Since your passport application was not eligible for a renewal anymore, your application was canceled and refunded. For your card replacement, it has been reviewed and was already being prepared to be shipped out when you requested for cancellation due to the issue of mailing your documents out. You were uncomfortable and we understand that. We could have provided you other options but you opted for a refund and processed it for you. 

    As per your request, refunds totaling $114 ($57 for GOV+ passport software fee on May 7th and another $57 for GOV+ Social Security Card replacement software fee on May 21st) were processed. Confirmation emails for these refunds were sent to you, with our records indicating that one was delivered and opened and one was delivered and still remains unopened. . Please allow 1-3 business days for the refunds to be posted back to your account, as bank processing times vary.

    I cannot speak on all services GOV+ provides. I would steer clear of Passport Renewal. I applied mid-March, and by mid-May, the application status was still "processing." The representatives I worked with were very nice, and as helpful as they could be. After a few chat sessions with representatives, I was sent a link to electronically sign my documents. Unfortunately, the site wasn't functioning properly. It would never accept my signature. I would add my signature, hit the submit button, then the page would reload asking for the signature again. I kept telling the representative the page isn't functioning properly, but I kept getting suggestions to use different devices, private mode, etc; as if the problem was on me. After the 4th attempt, the representative suggested that I be refunded all fees and I accepted. I'm giving GOV+ a 3-star rating because their representatives are WONDERFUL! Great customer service and they immediately processed a refund. If it wasn't for them, I'd give them 1-star.
