    This company is extremely misleading in that you think you are renewing your passport when in reality you are just paying to have forms filled out and your photo returned to you. Highly disappointed they would mislead elderly people like this. I was waiting thinking my passport would come in the mail when all I got was a packet. Now I have to pay another $130 to actually get my passport.

    To begin, GOV+ is not a government agency, nor have we ever claimed to be. In fact, right on our homepage it states in bold, clear language: Were not the government were a private company here to help. Yes, its free to file yourself. But errors, delays, and wasted hours arent. That disclosure is not hidden in fine print, nor buried in pages of legalese. Its placed exactly where any reasonable customer would see itunless, of course, it was overlooked.

    Our service provides one- click form filing, guided application preparation, error checks, and convenience for customers who prefer support rather than navigating government paperwork on their own. The packet you received was not a surprise or trickit was the completed, error-checked application you filed, along with your compliant passport photo, prepaid label and envelope, ready to be submitted to the ************************. The additional $130 government fee you mention has always been separate and mandatory, since that fee goes directly to the governmentnot us.

    We understand it may be easier to claim you were misled than to acknowledge missing the information that was repeatedly disclosed before you authorized payment, clicked I agree to our Terms and Conditions, and submitted your order. However, perception does not rewrite facts.

    We remain committed to assisting customers who value clarity and convenience. Your file shows that the services you purchased were fully delivered as described. For future reference, we encourage you to carefully review the terms and scope of any serviceours or anyone elsesbefore forming conclusions.

    We trust this clears up any misunderstandings.

    Passport renewal stuck in their processing for weeks. No human customer service response whatsoever. AI response refers me to email for human response. Its just a circular runaround. If I go elsewhere to get my passport, AI says it will cause confusion and more delays. Great. No refund option either after 7 days of application.

    Pending my results, I will withhold any recommendations. So far the process was easy and fast. The cost might have been a bit high but knowing how California paperwork is, I'll gladly pay extra.

    Had a difficult time making my payment. Was it my credit card or the people in your organization? Could not get timely answers. The continuation sequence is confusing. Is my passport actually required? Seems they have access to all the information on the passport anyway. Hopefully all turns out good.

    I applied for a passport renewal in JUNE and paid to have it expedited.I still don't have it and my trip is in 3 weeks. The US passport department does NOT have any record of a passport filing for me. I put all my personal info into this website only to discover it's a SCAM! Also someone tried to open 2 credit cards in my name in July that i did not authorize. This company now has ALL my personal information. I'm sick to my stomach that I got scammed and a company out of the US has my photo, birth certificate, social security number...

    I found the ad for government plus on ******** said it was quick and easy everything will be taken care of. I proceeded to fill out the information place of birth credit card and hit accept when I got on and created an account that brought me through the steps where I had to answer more questions and brought me food down to like step 11 where it says, you can waive the government fees For $100 a month subscription and the fees will be waived. This is not what the original ad portrayed once I paid I thought I was all done paying I still had to pay $76 when I got to the ********** on top of paying government plus $97 When I thought that wouldve taken care of everything the ads are very misleading. Seems like a legal scam to me.
