    Took my money $75 and never contacted me again, can talk to anybody, I wanted to renew. Almost 2 month done passed.

    Not what they advertise!!I recently got married and needed to change the name on my social security card, I've seen Gov+ advertised everywhere and it gives the impression that everything can be done online in a few steps. I paid the $67 and against my better judgment $14.99 for the subscription because they claim that's the best option. I started the application and after a week and a half received and envelope in the mail to send them my documents which could take several weeks to process and get back. During the application process it was not mentioned I'd need to mail in documents (driver's license, birth certificate, marriage registration) and they will not accept photo copies just original documents. Needless to say I was uncomfortable doing so and reached out to customer service via the live chat, I was hoping I could just send them pictures of the front and back of the necessary documents. I was told if I'm not comfortable mailing the documents I can make an in person appointment with my local social security administration, no other options. I scheduled an appointment then reached back out to Gov+ to inquire about a refund as I am not completing the service with them. I was told they can not issue a refund as the process has already started. I explained I was uncomfortable mailing away important documents especially my only photo ID and not get them back for several weeks. That did not matter as they said I'd already filled out an application and they sent me the mail in envelope. I said I paid for the name change to my social which has not been done but they claim that a refund is not possible. I canceled the subscription immediately and will take the loss of the $67 and the $14.99 subscription fee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
