    I did not read anywhere on your policies that you will ask for a social security number before you will continue with the passport application. I will not give it and I would like to be reimbursed for both my husband and myself

    Scam site dressed up as a government site to catch people unaware.

    We acknowledge your review and would like to clarify a few important points.

    First, GOV+ does not present itself as a government agency. In fact, the at the top part of the site, states: WERE NOT THE GOVERNMENT WERE A PRIVATE COMPANY HERE TO HELP. Hardly the sort of thing one hides if the intent were to catch people unaware. Additionally, our domain suffix '.com' clearly identifies us as a private entity. In contrast, official government websites display official seals and the statement 'An official website of ***************** Government,' and use the domain suffix '.gov,' or '.mil', indicating their government status.

    Second, our platform is completely voluntary. Thousands of customers each day recognize the distinction, read the disclaimers, and still choose GOV+ because they value the convenience, technology, and support we provide services the government simply does not offer. Many people find that helpful. A small number, usually those who do not carefully read whats in front of them, unfortunately mistake us for a government site.

    Lastly, the term scam suggests deceptive intent or failure to deliver. Yet you received the same access to tools, reminders and support that every other paying customer does. We understand not every customer reads every detail, though most do.

    We respect that our service may not have been the right fit for you. At the same time, we remain committed to serving customers who understand and appreciate the added convenience GOV+ provides.

    I have never written a complaint unfortunately because of my recent experience with Govplus they are terrible , customer service is a robot . This service is pointless worst company . I'm requesting a full refund and want to cancel all pending applications with this company.

    It's is a scam. Like I see many others have commented. I paid for their service and protection services. Wasted hundreds of dallors. Takes weeks to complete a single step and eventually you reach a step that malfunctions and you can continue. Of course by then it's well past the refund time frame. Don't waste your money or your time on this scam. If their was a way to file a complaint I would but they aren't BBB accredited!!! So doesn't even deserve one star.

    I waited a full year for my passport after the website said I could get it in a couple of months they tell me there's a delay because they have a lot of customers but a full year

    Every ruse is employed to make you click more than once, thereby upselling you for things that nobody would ever willingly purchase.I'm accepting my over charge as a reminder to not be so stupid in the future.And, of course, I still have no idea whether the service actually delivers anything at all. Maybe they are happy to just get my card number.
