    I needed to renew my passport and this website came up on a search. I paid $97 on July 17, 2025 and as of today (October 10) I have received NOTHING except offers to help with other documents! NO PASSPORT! None of the listed phone number are working. DO NOT use this service. Go to your local office and do it in person.

    Company charged my Debt Card without providing any service and also set my charges up for reoccurring charges when this was a one time purchase. I tried to contact them to discuss the charges and ai response with no help in correcting the issue. I feel like I was scammed.

    GOV Plus is not the way to go. They sucker you into a subscription which is almost impossible to cancel, and is not necessary for anything once you have your passport. Actually getting the passport is difficult, since they will come up with multiple problems with the application, like rejected photos, or the need to certify your address and phone number. Then, when you dont get your passport, and you fill out the application and mail it in yourself, they take out $11.99 from your bank account or credit card every month. If this is not a scam, its the closest thing to it I know of. Think about it. $11.99 a month from tens of thousands of people every month is a pretty decent amount. Then, try to cancel the subscription. This is October. Ive been trying to cancel it since March. So dont do it. Fill out the application, get your photo taken at CVS or Staples, make a photo copy of your license, take it to the post office and mail it in yourself.

    First, GOV+ does not sucker anyone into a subscription. No subscription was ever created, authorized, or charged under your account. Any optional service offered on our platform always includes a clear **** button and full disclosure of cost prior to payment. These features are not hidden or forcedthey exist precisely to give customers full control of their choices.

    Regarding your New Passport application, our system records confirm that it was never completed. Critical federal requirements were missing, including a compliant passport photo and valid identity and citizenship documents. No private company or government entity can legally process a passport application missing these elements. These are not arbitrary barriersthey are federal compliance mandates that ensure applications are not rejected by the *************************

    To clarify another key point: GOV+ does not issue passports, nor have we ever represented otherwise. Only the ************************ can do that. Our role is to help applicants prepare compliant, properly formatted materials to streamline their in-person submission process.

    If you ever received your application kit from uswhich would be unlikely, as your application in February was never completedand later mailed your documents directly through the post office, then you likely used the very materials our services helped you prepare. However, since you applied for a new passport (not a renewal), please note that new passport applications cannot be submitted by mail. They must be filed in person at an authorized acceptance facility such as a post office or courthouse, where an agent verifies your documents, witnesses your signature, and initiates the submission process.

    As for the recurring $11.99 charge you referenced, our billing records show no such transaction under your name, email address, or payment method. There are only three possible explanations:

    1. You may have transacted with another website offering similar services.
    2. The charge exists under a different name, account, or email we cannot verify.
    3. No such charge ever occurred, and the assumption stemmed from reading or echoing unverified online reviews.

    While we understand that government-related processes can be frustrating, labeling compliance-based procedures as scams does not make them fraudulentit simply reflects a misunderstanding of our services, the processes and the government's federal requirements.

    We take transparency and consumer protection seriously. Our disclosures are public, our terms are clear and public, and our systems are verified for both security and accuracy.

    We hope this clarifies the situation and trust that future concerns will be raised directly with us before escalating to public accusations.

    Was mislead into thinking Inwas getting my passport in mail after paying the fee that was 97 reduced from 130 if I would have known the fee was for the forms only I would have done it myself at the post office
