    This is the worst company ever. Please do not use them. I sent all my documents June 3rd to start my process of renewing my passport. Its still hanging in the wings. It takes forever to get a real person and they were no help at all. My application still states waiting. Says one more day. Been saying that for almost a week.

    This is a private company, pretending to be a government agency. They will take money from you under the pretense, they are applying and filling out the *** information and cost for you but actually the fee they charge is their private fee and when you get to *** in particular, you will be charged the *** fee. I was basically told by the representative that had I gone directly to *** I would not have paid their $97 to fill out a questionnaire online total scammers and angry with myself for falling for their advertisement as a government agency.
