    I too was directed to GovPlus to renew my TSA PRECHECK status, and even after I received a receipt for my payment, I was not able to complete the application process, as information that I input was rejected. I tried the chat feature to resolve the issue, but they cut me off because I took too long (10 minutes) to respond to one of their questions; and I've had 3 phone calls to their customer service number, which by the way is in the Philippines, the last call lasting over 1 and 1/2 hours, and they still could not resolve the issue, and was promised a call-back in the next two hours, which of course I did not receive. My receipt also was dated Jan. 1, 1970, as stated in previous complaints (******** *, below), and GOVPLUS responded that they have since resolved that particular issue, but obviously that's not true either. I don't know what to do now!

    I started the application for a TSA Pre Check and Passport renewal with this company thinking ti was a valid company. I made the mistake of giving them my credit card information to charge my account $179 for their services. I was uneasy about the process but went ahead and submiitted my information. I never completed providing all of the information for either my TSA Pre Check or Passport renewal. I have since learned that this is not a valid company. I have requested that my account be cancelled with them and requested my money back.

    I was trying to sign up for TSA pre and I clicked on this link as it seemed legit. They asked me to pay 97 dollars to sign up for TSA pre. Once I paid the fee, I get an email receipt from Govplus with the date on the receipt as Jan 1, 1970! This is ridiculous. Obviously this is bogus and such a horrible way to cheat people by using the US government's name. I need my money back. I also did not get any information on booking appointments for TSA pre check after I paid the fees. So obviously this company is a fraudulent company that fools people into thinking that its a government website trying to get you to TSA pre check.

    During your previous chat with Jan, one of our customer support representatives, she attempted to assist you in completing your application and booking a TSA appointment for you, but the communication stopped abruptly.     Unfortunately I subscribed unknowingly on my TSA Precheck. I called them within 15 minutes to cancel as I immediately got a fraud alert from my credit union. They did not cancel my transaction and charged my credit card. I see several people had this happen to them. I would like a refund as I didnt want this service.

    Do I have to even put 1 star down? Wish I would've done more research on this ****. Over twice the renewal for TSA Precheck. Unfortunately they took my money $179.00. Now they won't give it back! Never got ANY service out of them.. Contacting our attorney General on this one.
