  Do I have to even put 1 star down? Wish I would've done more research on this ****. Over twice the renewal for TSA Precheck. Unfortunately they took my money $179.00. Now they won't give it back! Never got ANY service out of them.. Contacting our attorney General on this one.

Once you subscribe and we have the needed data any product on our website can be completed in one single click. Currently, our annual subscription fee gives you access to more than just TSA PreCheck applications! We offer a variety of services that includes new passport applications, replacement and updates for Social Security cards, Employer Identification Numbers, change of address forms with the **** and other government entities, and birth certificates for most US states. We are always adding more services to help make your life easier. We can assure you that your second form will be completed in one click as well as all the other forms with our proprietary software.   We understand that you requested a refund on March 3, 2023. We fully stand by our customer satisfaction and we issued your refund to the original card on March 7, 2023. Shortly before we received this complaint. Rest assured that working directly with us is always the best solution. However, we have processed the refund and considered your concerns addressed. Depending on your credit card company, it may take several days for the $179 refund to post. Please allow **** days for this process. If you need further assistance with this refund, please feel free to contact us immediately. We would also like to notify you that due to this refund, you will no longer be able to access our software to submit forms, should you change your mind in the future we will be happy to assist you.

  I caught it before they took my money. DOUBLE the cost of TSA pre-check. TOTAL SCAM. Taking advantage of people who don't have time to do their research, before going directly to the correct government site to enroll. To the owners in ************, ***********, you're scammers.
