    Got a warning that I had accessed the site too many times but this was the first time I tried to renew TSA Pre-Check

    We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us although it would be better to make direct communication. You reached out to us once and we resent you the link to pay for the Mandatory Government fees. Unfortunately, you never paid these fees and therefore your application could not be processed  as the fee is necessary for us to renew your TSA PreCheck Renewal on your behalf.

    We would love to accept responsibility here however, the blockage was in your court with payment. We are happy to finish processing your application. Please activate your account first by logging on to  log on to www.govplus.com. Once you have successfully activated your account, log in and click on My Applications'' to complete the process so that we can proceed with TSA PreCheck Renewal. If you do not want to proceed please advise and we will issue you a refund.
