    When coming to the site it gives you the impression that all the money you are paying out is to get your *** approval. Then they send you to AAA and it's $24.00 to join and then another $75.00 and six weeks due to background *********, here is the $223.00 question, why was I charged so much and then charged to join *** and then for *** recheck? OH by the way, all the questions, photo, birth certificate and BS had to be completed all over again.Yes, Gov+ is a SCAM and rip off.

    We will take this as an opportunity to reorient you to our website, ****************************, for reeducation on our disclaimers and services. ******* is a private and legitimate company, fully registered under state and local laws. We have also implemented thorough measures to ensure our customers are adequately informed about the fees and any additional charges associated with application processes. It is  stated on our homepage that GOVERNMENT FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED, and this statement is also strategically placed on the payment page below the amount to be paid. On the payment page there is not a way of making it any clearer the fees that are outlined and what is not included, It's the customers responsibility to fully read what they are agreeing to pay for and to recognize that the manual entry of payment information is a requisite step in initiating an application. This process involves manually inputting payment details and consent to our terms and conditions is also required. We bear both legal and ethical obligations to communicate our terms and conditions, but the decision to read or agree to them ultimately rests with the customer.  This payment process concludes with an intentional click on the "submit" button. These steps are in place to acknowledge the customers conscious intention and consent.

    The software fee of $57 is  for the utilization of our patented software, specifically designed for the precise completion of government application forms, not just the *** application form. It guarantees the accuracy of application data, facilitates secure booking, and provides access to your personalized customer dashboard so that you can track and manage the entire process of any application we have on our portal. Within this dashboard, you can submit, file, and monitor various forms currently available and those that may be introduced in the future. Our one-click form autofill feature applies seamlessly to a wide range of forms, including passport applications, birth certificates, and other forms accessible on our platform. This feature ensures privacy, efficiency, and convenience, allowing you to complete multiple forms within a unified platform, like your passport application.

    Additionally, our services include complimentary, highly responsive 24/7 customer support available 365 days a year, we don't take federal holidays off like the government, we are here to serve our customers every day. The range of advantages extends beyond these, with specific benefits depending on the chosen product.

    It's important to note that your confusion or assumptions are not because we do not have clear disclaimers and explanations of the fees. We regret that you did not take the time to read. We would add screenshots to this response However the BBB portal will not publicly post screenshots on reviews.

    Regarding your incident of you being charged at the **** thank you for your insight and will pass them along to our development team. We will have *** enrollment locations removed as options for setting up in person appointments, regardless if they are the nearest facility to the customer. Regarding your passport application materials, we apologize for the inconvenience of needing to re-complete the form. Please know that all the information on your application was based on the details you initially provided. The document copies and photo sent to you adhered to passport agency guidelines. Each application is handled by agency personnel with their own specific criteria, which can sometimes vary.

    Our priority is and will always be customer satisfaction. You have been refunded the GOV+ software fee of $57 for your *** PreCheck application on September 18th, despite our rendered service.

    Gov+ was very easy to navigate, even for this 66yr old! I would recommend this to everyone. No long lines, done all in the comfort of your home!

    Probably the worst decision Ive ever made to work with them, they did not give me correct documents to submit for my passport renewal which led to a major delay. They also included some authorization letter in my packet that the passport agency did not like and therefore suspended my application literally days before my flight. I had to work directly with my local passport office, which I should have done to begin with, and Gov+ mistakes ended up costing me even more money, delayed my passport by weeks and made it an extreme headache to work with them during the process. So it yourself, follow instructions online via the passport agency website and dont waste your money to have these amateurs doing your paperwork.

    It must be clear that this website is NOT AN OFFICAL GOVERNMENT WEBSITE. It may seem clear by the .com domain but I was fooled for a month thinking it was just silly web+ trend branding by our government services. I also cannot claim with their current, what appears to be, Single Page Website web design is any more convient to use than offical simple government web forms. I found it less intuitive. What frustrated me was my passport renewal being rejected because I had applied for the wrong form and had wrong criteria associated with my passport. Then for weeks I wasnt informed about the error. To their credit, other mistakes were informed about and resolved before this. But when I discovered this and just filed my forms online with offical .gov services. I requested a refund from Govplus for payments sent. They generously refunded $289 of application fees without hassle when I used their online messaging support service. That is why I am leaving a positive review. When the customer is dissatisfied with service, you reimburse them.
