    I sent $57.00 & $67,00 they took the money but NEVER sent me anything. I have read all these complaints, now I feel like a fool. I would like my money back. I'm a senior citizen.     After thoroughly reviewing our communication logs, we found that you called us once on September 20th and abandoned the queue before an agent was able to assist you. You filed for a new passport application and TSA PreCheck application on September 9th and was sent multiple notifications from that day until September 20th to continue and finalize your applications, as several required details and and a qualified passport photo were missing.

    We want to emphasize the importance of applicants providing the necessary details and meeting designated requirements. We proactively send emails for processes that require customer completion, and without access to these essential details or responses, progressing your application to completion becomes infeasible. It's crucial to understand that processing an application with incomplete information is not a viable option, especially considering a new passport application, where there are documents required and for TSA, where identity and eligibility questions must be answered.

    You were issued refunds for both incomplete applications on September 26th 2024 and refund email confirmations were sent. Our decision reflects our commitment to maintaining a customer base that sees value in our offerings rather than assumptions. We prioritize transparent and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
