    The checkout process seemed deliberately confusing. It looked like they would be charging me close to $30. First they charged me before I had finished the process. Fortunately, I entered a chat and asked to cancel the process. It turned out they had charged me $297! So be very sure you want to do business with these people before you start entering information.

At GOV+, we value our customers' opinions and strive to address any issues they may have. We would like to address your statement " The checkout process seemed deliberately confusing. It looked like they would be charging me close to $30." Such statements should be supported by factual information rather than having overlooked important information or assumptions. 

    Our software fee and priority processing service of $297 includes use of our software, application materials, boxes, the forms printed for you to sign in person in front of a witness as the passport agency requires a wet signature, your passport photo that we approved by our experts according to the specifications set by the passport agency, and printed for you, prepaid ***** postage, tracking that you can track on your GovPlus dashboard as well as fully executed checks from our company on your behalf written according to passport specifications. 

    We first collect this fee, carefully review your application for errors, crosscheck information and documents, inspect the photo you provide and provide assistance as necessary, verify that there are no glares on the photo, certain clothing worn, no glasses permitted and the list goes on. After our experts finish verifying and approving your application, it is only then we collect the government fees as this is the last step. We clearly state on our payment page when you pay the initial $67 Government fees are NOT included.

    Please also make it a point to accept the responsibility of carefully reading before engaging and accepting terms that you reportedly agreed to.

    Your fee of $297 has been refunded in full to the same card you used at the time of purchase on September 25th, we also advise to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be posted as time frames vary depending on your bank and we have confirmed the funds have left our account. A refund confirmation has been delivered to the same email address you used on your application along with the refund receipt. Your review indicates that you do not perceive the value in the convenience our service offers. Our decision reflects our commitment to maintaining a customer base that sees value in our offerings rather than assumptions. We prioritize transparent and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.

    It worked easy enough. However I do not sign the papers to purchase the home until 9/30/24 so please hold my mail until that address is officially registered in my name. I am leaving old address tomorrow on my way down to Myrtle Beach area. Will be in hotel until closing for a few days. Than you for being understanding.
