    Do not work with Gov Plus! I filed an application on January 25, 2024. At not time was I alerted that there was any issue. I have a screen shot showing that my application was complete.Today, almost 8 MONTHS LATER, on September 9, 2024 I have been told that there was a bug in the system, and they have "blocked" by application. They have promised to refund the $367 +$67 fees, but the card that I used 8 months ago has long since expired. Now I have to wait for a week so that they may issue an e-check. The personal impact is huge -- I was to travel to officiate at my niece's wedding in *********, and I don't have a passport with enough valid months on it to enter the country. Furthermore, my digital picture is also blocked, so I will have to drive 90 minutes to get a new photo taken (add another $60) plus car, time and effort. I hope to get my new passport on time.DO NOT WORK WITH GOV PLUS. THEIR SYSTEMS ARE GIMPY AND THEY ARE NOT ON TOP OF THE SERVICE THAT THEY CLAIM TO OFFER. Two customer service people hung up on me, because they clearly could not answer my questions.

    At first I thought this was a scam; but their system needs to be fixed. It is not accepting replacement documents. I finally got ahold of a young lady and she is trying to process the documents through and send them so I can ADD my personal documents. I wonder if they should just do that anyway. easier....
