    I used GOV+ to get a new SS Card. I filled out all the information and paid the fee. They sent me an application pre-filled out with my information and told me to check it over! I verified that the information was correct and the app was already E signed, which you do when you fill out all the information on the site. I sent the app to the SS Admin with my driver license. Weeks later I get my Drivers License back and no SS Card. The SS Admin said that I had to sign the app BY HAND. This was not told to me by the site. Why am I paying for them to not know all the proper procedures!! I asked for my money back and they refused. You don't need this site....just do a little research and you can do it yourself!! Complete RIP OFF!!

    We are so sorry that you did not have an optimal  experience with your Social Security card replacement. Please know that we have processed thousands of the same application with no issue pertaining to electronic signatures. Unfortunately, acceptance criteria can vary and are subjective between *** individual officials, we regret an officer refused your application as others may have accepted it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. 

    Our priority is and has always been customer satisfaction. As of January ********, we have processed a full refund of $67 software fee despite the service being provided in full . You now have received all monies returned to you. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to post as bank processing times vary and check your email for confirmation details. We can confirm it was sent and delivered.

    Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to clarify these points. GOV+ considers this matter to be resolved.

    I believe that my service personnel was named Dylan and he was wonderful. He took his time with me and explained everything that I needed to do. When I was getting upset because my computer was acting stupid he calmed me down and helped me work everything out. He’s what customer service should look like and I can’t thank him enough for all of his help.

    Govplus charged my credit card for things I didn't sign up for. I have asked for a refund numerous times and called them numerous times and have heard nothing. There's no one to talk to it's all done by text messages. Stay away from them.

    Our records show that you attempted to contact us multiple times via live chat and phone support but exited the queues before our team could assist you. When you submitted your passport renewal application on December 14th, you agreed to the terms and conditions and processed the required payments.

    On December 14th at 5:30 PM EST, when you reached out regarding the charges, we provided an overview of the applicable fees, including the one-time fee, subscription fee, and government fees. As a gentle reminder, payments are only processed after customers manually agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the box and clicking the submit button. This process ensures informed consent.

    The following day, December 15th at 1:35 PM EST, our representative, *****, attempted to contact you via phone and left a voicemail when the call was unanswered.

    We appreciate your feedback and the time you've taken to communicate with us. While we respect your perspective, we focus on serving customers who see value in our services and mission. Therefore, your application and annual subscription have been canceled, and full refunds have been issued. Confirmation emails were sent to the email address on file.
