    I've been looking into getting a passport I came across gov+ online had good ratings I thought I would try it should be quick and easy But boy was I wrong just keep asking through emails for the same thing over and over but they will want paid before you start it's a complete waste of time go somewhere else I emailed them beings it would let me back on my dashboard to cancel my subscription and got a email back saying they refunded me I hate having my time wasted

We would like to clarify that when you submitted your passport renewal application on December 27th, it had undergone review and we made multiple attempts to assist you with your passport photo issue via email. The rejection of your photo was strictly to comply with U.S. government specifications for passport photos. These standards, which include precise dimensions, lighting, and facial positioning, are essential to ensure the acceptance of your application by the passport facility. Approving a photo that does not meet these criteria could result in application delays or rejections after weeks of processingsomething we aim to help you avoid.

    We also want to clarify that the government, not GOV+, sets these guidelines, and we are required to adhere to them. Our rejection of non-compliant photos is a necessary step to prevent future complications and ensure a smoother application process.

    Regarding the emails, apart from the emails you received as reminders to complete your application, it is standard practice for companies to send promotional offers to valued customers. These offers are entirely optional, and you have the choice to skip or ignore them or even unsubscribe without any impact on your application process. Please know that your requests for refund and to have your removed from our promotional list were already processed.

    At GOV+, our goal is and will always be customer satisfaction. We strive to serve individuals who understand and find value in our services. Given your feedback, we acknowledge that you do not see the value our services offer

    I was really pleased with how quickly the response from AI to talking with Stephen. I was getting frustrated by all the different offers of pricing after paying 2 different things. And I was afraid that I was paying for the wrong stuff. But he was able to assure me that was not going to have to pay more. He was friendly and helpful

    Uploading information was easy. Ill check back when I receive my passport, or if I dont. The upsale attempts all along the way is.a little annoying for a paid service. Should be in the beginning and no more.

    It was soo easy to apply for my 10 yr. Olds new passport, but I noticed their wasn't a feature for a parent doing it for a child under the age of 18??? I had to put my birthdate in place of his in order for it to be completed???

    I used GOV+ to get a new SS Card. I filled out all the information and paid the fee. They sent me an application pre-filled out with my information and told me to check it over! I verified that the information was correct and the app was already E signed, which you do when you fill out all the information on the site. I sent the app to the SS Admin with my driver license. Weeks later I get my Drivers License back and no SS Card. The SS Admin said that I had to sign the app BY HAND. This was not told to me by the site. Why am I paying for them to not know all the proper procedures!! I asked for my money back and they refused. You don't need this site....just do a little research and you can do it yourself!! Complete RIP OFF!!

Please know that we have processed thousands of the same application with no issue pertaining to electronic signatures. Unfortunately, acceptance criteria can vary and are subjective between *** individual officials, we regret an officer refused your application as others may have accepted it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. 

    Our priority is and has always been customer satisfaction. As of January ********, we have processed a full refund of $67 software fee despite the service being provided in full . You now have received all monies returned to you. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to post as bank processing times vary and check your email for confirmation details. We can confirm it was sent and delivered.

    Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to clarify these points. GOV+ considers this matter to be resolved.
