    This company website isnt clear on the services that are provided. You think you may be applying for replacement social security card then you find out you are paying fees just to use their website very misleading when you can just go to your local social security office. You cant talk with anyone. Please dont use this website. You would be wasting your money. I feel my $57.00 should be refunded and all my information removed from their system.

    We would like to clarify that GOV+ is a privately owned technology company that is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government or state agency. We take any allegations of dishonesty seriously and therefore have disclaimers on our home page, every page of our website, our terms and conditions, and before purchasing, stating that we are a private company and not affiliated with any state or government website. To ensure transparency, we have a red box located on our payment page stating Government fees are not included, as well and that the fees charged are for our software.

    The application is screened, and then we provide you with a preparation package that includes an easy-to-follow instruction sheet on how to include your supporting documents. It is true that you can go to the SSA's office and file for applications yourself, However, we offer convenience, one click form filing. Our services and products cater to a wide range of people, including those who do not have the time, cannot afford to take time off, have medical conditions, and those who see the value of technology. We have patented one-click technology, which means that once you input your data, it is automatically submitted into all other products we have now and in the future, with no additional work on the customer's part.

    We understand our services are not for everyone and we respect that. In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, your account has been refunded in full as of April 28, 2023 and your information deleted from our system. Please verify that you have received the confirmation, and kindly allow 1-3 business days for the refund to post to your account as bank processing times vary.
