    If I could I'd give it zero stars. Fraud business they charge just to make an appointment for you $97..that fee goes to no processing of any application as they promote. They are not affiliated wirh any US government agency.!! Don't give them anything.

    On April 12, 2023, you informed us that you wished to choose a preferred appointment since you will be unavailable on the 17th. You requested dates April 20th after 3:30PM or April 21st after 4:00PM. We acknowledged this and have been waiting for slots to open up to accommodate your preferred appointment selection.

    On April 13th, you reached out to us via chat, and we responded. However, it appears that you missed our response. We waited for you to come back and respond to confirm the available schedule we have for you, but we understand if you were busy at that time.

    We sent you an email containing your preferred appointment schedule: April 20, 2023, at 3:50 PM PDT, located at ***************************************************************** UEID: UZZY-4Y322S. You received and opened the email at 12:51 PM PDT (3:51 PM EST).

    You stated that "They are not affiliated with any ** government agency." Kindly read our disclaimers again located throughout our website. We never claimed to be affiliated with the government and we clearly state this throughout our website in several places. We would like to clarify that GOV+ is a privately owned technology company that is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government or state agency. We take any allegations of dishonesty seriously and therefore have disclaimers on our home page, every page of our website, our terms and conditions, and before purchasing, stating that we are a private company and not affiliated with any state or government website. To ensure transparency, we have a red box located on our payment page stating Government fees are not included as well. We want to reiterate that our one-time fee of $97 only covers pre-enrollment assistance, booking or rescheduling of TSA appointments for new applicants, and the use of our online platform. Our platform includes patented autofill technology that populates any information you've provided. We process many forms that can be completed with one click, not just for TSA PreCheck applications. If you do not see a value in completing applications completely online (when applicable) or in one click, we understand GOV+ is not for you. 

    Our customers satisfaction is always our highest priority. In line with that commitment , your account has been refunded in full as of April 21, 2023 when you called in to cancel on the 20th. Please verify that you have received the refund confirmation. We believe that we have addressed your concerns and refunded your payment.     This is a scam. You think you are paying for a TSA precheck, but you are paying $97 for this company not affiliated with TSA to schedule your appointment. Saw all the reviews and the responses, typical scam and deceitful business. I went to TSA today for my appointment and the first thing the person said was, you have been scammed and this is the 3rd one today. That will be $78.00. The responses from this company are pathetic and everyone of them are similar. You have no way of knowing you are not paying for TSA precheck cost, no matter what BS they say in response. Pathetic the world we live in these days.

    It is almost impossible these days for the average person to be able to get anything done on the regular governmental website much less visit the ********************** and wait for hours just to get your name changed from getting married. I decided to pay for this service and so far it has been easy and fast. I do however post another review once I have received my card and see how long it takes to receive. *********************************
