    Regretfully I paid $97 for TSA pre check application on their website, thinking it is a legitimate government service. I found out that that TSA PreCheck actually costs $78 and is not included in the $97 paid to this company. This is a ********** practice!! $97 just to make an appointment at a facility that processes this service. Very upsetting! I hope that this operation is stopped so other people do not fall into this scheme.

    We attempted to contact you today, May 2nd at 12:56 PM EDT, by phone to discuss the matter verbally. We left a voice message.  We're sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our services. At GOV+, we value our customers' opinions and strive to address any issues they may have. Kindly allow us to clarify that on our website, we clearly state that we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government or state agency. Our company aims to provide convenience and accessibility in filing government forms, which is not limited to just TSA PreCheck. To ensure transparency, we have a disclaimer on our payment page stating Government fees are not included as well. We want to state that our one-time fee of $97 only covers pre-enrollment assistance, booking or rescheduling of TSA appointments for new applicants, and the use of our online platform. Our platform includes patented autofill technology that populates any information you've provided. We process many forms that can be completed with one click, not just for TSA PreCheck applications. We understand that you may have been concerned about the matter. If you do not see a value in completing applications completely online (when applicable) or in one click, we understand GOV+ is not for you. 


    On March 16th, you applied for TSA PreCheck through our website. After verifying all the information you provided, we sent you appointment options via email. It's possible that you overlooked the provided schedules or found them inconvenient, as you did not select any option. On April 24th, you requested an appointment for May 3rd, 10AM, at *************, located inside *************************. On April 26th, we sent you an email confirming the requested booking date, time, location, and your UEID: UZZY-4ZF46R. Anyone can file a TSA application themselves. Our services and products cater to a wide range of people, including those who do not have the time, cannot afford to take time off for set appointments, have medical conditions, and those who see the value of technology. 

    We understand that our services may not be suitable for everyone and we respect your decision. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and would like to check with you on how you wish to proceed with the current concern.     They charge $97 and it is implied that this charge will cover the *** pre-check cost, but it does not. I have been emailed 8 times by govplus today to schedule my appointment for *** precheck. I have been given three times in one date to select an appointment and after selecting, I receive an email 5 minutes later that the appointment time is not available and to reschedule (again), only to be directed to the exact same 3 hour slots and date. The location provided for the *** meeting also was not taking appointments. You can schedule your *** precheck meeting directly on the *** website. The $97 paid to this worthless entity was in vain and has ultimately prolonged the process and increased to cost to get *** precheck.

    Allow us to explain what happened. On April 26th, when you received the email for selecting an appointment, there were available slots at that time. However, please understand that we have no control over the schedules that are being opened, booked, or canceled simultaneously by other TSA PreCheck applicants who are also opting to be screened at the same facility. We understand that time is of the essence and slots fill up quickly, and change based on cancellations, which is why we sent you multiple emails. The nearest and earliest open slot within the dates you preferred was for May 12th at ***************************. Unfortunately, Lakeland is currently fully booked, and the earliest appointment dates that will open up in that location are in 45 days. Depending on your zip code, the next nearest location available in the system is *********, but we cannot guarantee availability on the dates you need. We realize that this may not be your preferred location for the appointment, but please understand that there is a high volume of TSA PreCheck applications, especially during peak season. We have done our best to get you a TSA PreCheck appointment, and we are sorry that we cannot accommodate your preferred schedule and location. We have handled everything and we apologize for any counterproductive effects it may have had on you.

    Our customers happiness is always our highest priority. In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, your account has been refunded in full as of April 28, 2023. Please verify that you have received the confirmation, and kindly allow 1-3 business days for the refund to post to your account as bank processing times vary.
