1 starThis is a scam! They lead you to believe that for $97 after filling out their application online, you will be receiving your TSA Pre Check. When in fact all the $97 does is give you the location of a place (In my case a ********************** ****** where you can actually deal with the company (Idemia) who submits and application for $78. Stay away from these scammers !!!!GovPlus

We attempted to contact you by phone at 11:30 AM EDT today Tuesday May 9th 2023 to address your concerns verbally, but we may have reached you at an inconvenient time. Therefore, we left a voice message with our contact information. You stated that you signed up for TSA PreCheck on our website and were charged $97. We want to emphasize that our one-time fee of $97 only covers pre-enrollment assistance and the use of our online platform and this is clearly stated on our website as well as on the payment page. In addition, we also state on our payment page that this software fee does not include government fees, and it was stated on the payment page, below the amount to be paid, before you enter your card information. You may not see the value in paying a small fee to save time and avoid headaches so we understand that GOV+ may not be suitable for you, and we respect your opinion. It is also worth noting that TSA PreCheck is not our only product, and you may require assistance with our many current and future offerings.
The appointment you have selected for your TSA PreCheck application was generated by our system. We are aware that not everyone can take time off for a scheduled appointment. For customer convenience, we offer rescheduling and inquiry assistance through our designated support channels. Since you opted for a system-generated appointment, we were unaware of any needs or questions you might have had. Going forward please reach out directly to us and we will always be happy to help.
We would also like to clarify that GOV+ is a privately owned technology company and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government or state agency. We take any allegations of dishonesty seriously, and therefore have disclaimers on every page of our website. Please exercise caution when using the word "scam" and carefully read through an entire website before using harsh and inaccurate language.
While it is against our policy to issue a refund once a service has been rendered, as was the case with your situation, we have issued your refund. In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, your account has been refunded in full as of May 8, 2023. Please verify that you have received the confirmation, and kindly allow 1-3 business days for the refund to post to your account as bank processing times vary. 1 starI thought GOVPLUS was a legitimate site. I paid $97 for a pre0check scan, later I released I was a victim of ***** and went to TSO.GOV and found out my TSA could not be renewed because I waited more than 6 months. I am embarred I was taken in by their website I placed data on this site. It needs to be shutdown.GovPlus

Please note that as per TSA guidelines, TSA PreCheck allows you to renew your membership up to 6 months before it expires or up to 12 months after it expires, which will keep your Known Traveler Number (KTN) the same. However, if you wait more than 12 months after it expires, you will be ineligible for a renewal and will need to apply again and receive a new KTN.
Kindly allow me to clarify as well that GOV+ is a legitimate private company fully registered under state and local laws. We process many forms, not just for TSA PreCheck applications. We understand that you may have been concerned about the matter. Anyone can file for a TSA application themselves, however, our services and products cater to a wide range of people, including those who do not have the time, cannot afford to take time off for set appointments, have medical conditions, and those who see the value of technology. Our platform includes patented autofill technology that populates any information you've provided in one click. If you do not see a value in completing applications completely online (when applicable) or in one click, we understand GOV+ is not for you.
On May 4th, you applied for TSA PreCheck through our website. The next day, on May 5th at 1:28PM, you sent us an email requesting the cancellation of your application. We replied to your email to explain our services. We acknowledged and executed your request for cancellation, deletion of all your information in our system and a refund in the full amount of $97 was processed as of May 5th. This confirmation was sent via email at 4:59PM.

1 starI went to the website and ordered a Social Security replacement card and paid $57 for the card. That was on March 31, 2023. Of course, the $57 immediately came out of my account. This is May 5, 2023, and I have not yet received my replacement card and was told when ordering it on March 31, 2023, it would be delivered to me within 10 days from placing the request. I chatted with someone named Anna yesterday, May 4, 2023, and told her the tracking says a label was made on April 21, 2023, but USPS has not yet received the item for mailing. She said to check with my local post office and gave me a local telephone number. I told her the post office can't check on something they haven't yet received. I am beyond frustrated. I would like to get a full refund of my $57. I contacted the local Social Security Administration office online and have applied for a replacement card and the charge to get one is ZERO. Please reply and tell me how to get the $57 I paid for nothing refunded back to me immediately. This has been a total nightmare to deal with. I want my $57 refunded to me immediately. I was shocked I would have to pay for a replacement card but was willing to do it. I needed it before May 23rd - time is of the essence - and I thought ordering it on March 31, 2023, it would be in my hands well in advance of May 23, 2023. Boy, was I ever wrong. Respond telling me how to get my monies back from you. I'm happy other customers have had a pleasant experience but unfortunately for me mine was not.GovPlus
