    Entering the information was easy, but I went on this sight thinking that it was a government website for TSA. It was not, and I read someone else had the same problem.My husband paid for me on his card using your website and now he has an alert at his bank. I want my husband's money back by having the refund placed on the same card on which the charge occurred.

As of May 25, 2023, your application has been canceled and the charged account has been refunded in full.

    We attempted to get in touch with you through the phone number on your application at 11:29 AM EST today, however, you were unreachable and we were unable to leave a voice message. We would like to address your concern verbally and  clarify any confusion that you may have verbally.

    In your review, you stated that you assumed the application you submitted was made on the *** website, and based your review on someone else's. Allow ** to clarify that our homepage, www.govplus.com, clearly states close to the top, in bold, "Not the government, just a helpful private company". GOV+ is a private company offering a variety of services to individuals. In addition to processing *** PreCheck applications, we offer a range of other form processing services that our customers find valuable. Beyond form processing, our company also provides a number of features that are not available through government websites. This is why we named our company GOVPLUS - we aim to provide a comprehensive and user-friendly experience for our customers beyond what the government currently provides. Official government websites, on the other hand, have disclaimers that indicate An official website of ***************** government or The Official Website / Web Portal of the State... They use .gov instead of .com. However, for general information and future reference, government websites use .gov.

    "GovPlus is a private online software technology company not affiliated with or endorsed by any government or state agency. We do not charge for any forms, however, we charge for the use of our software in assisting you with completing the form. We are not a financial, accounting, or law firm and do not provide legal or financial advice."

    We have also included that same disclaimer in the terms & conditions, that must be acknowledged before payment can be submitted. We do this to ensure our customers have read it. The waiver "Government fees are not included" is also clearly displayed, directly below the amount to be paid, before you enter your credit card information, prior to submitting your payment.

    If you do not see a value in completing applications completely online (when applicable) or in one click, we understand GOV+ is not for you. 

    As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have refunded the charged account $97 in full. The refund was processed earlier today, May 25, 2023. Please verify that you have received the email confirmation. Kindly allow 1-3 business days for the refund to post to the charged account since bank processing times vary. We believe that we have addressed your concerns and consider this matter closed. If you have any additional feedback that you would like to provide privately, we would be happy to hear from you.     I had the same problem as so many people on here I order a replacement card April ************************************** refund I swear this is a rip off and scammed company 57 dollars is why I may change my card number they are not a official government company how can they charge more than the government

    We attempted to contact you by phone today,  Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 at 12:04 AM EST to address your concerns verbally. However, we may have reached you at an inconvenient time and were unable to leave a voicemail as your voicemail feature was not set up yet.

    We received your application for a Social Security Card Replacement on April 22nd at 12:00 AM. However, the status of your application remains pending due to an insufficient or mismatched address. This issue can only be resolved and verified on your end. To view your application status, just log into your account on www.govplus.com. Your GOV+ dashboard allows you to monitor or view the real-time status of your applications. We have sent you emails regarding the status of your applications, along with instructions on how to proceed. However, we have not received any response from you regarding whether you can provide the corrected address, need assistance, or would like to clarify some information.

    We want to clarify that GOV+ is a privately owned technology company and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government or state agency. We take any allegations seriously, and therefore have disclaimers on every page of our website. Please be cautious when using the terms "scam" and "rip off". These words should only be used when there is clear evidence of dishonesty. We encourage you to take the time to fully understand the services that we provide before making assumptions about our legitimacy. In addition, the verbiage "We are not the government, just a helpful private company" is located at the top of our home page to increase visibility. 

    Our one-time fee of $57 only covers the use of our software and online platform, application assistance, and package.
