I called customer support to clarify the amount I was being charged, as I couldn't remember. I didn't need the $39.95/month plan, so *** offered me a refund and an option of $3.95 every 4 weeks for 10 documents during each period, with no contract. Very helpful.WorkSimpli Software, LLC
