*** was great! I was very frustrated after being hung up on twice. He was very pleasant despite my obvious frustration. He took care of the issue and offered a plan that works better for my budget and needs. After speaking to the first two reps I wouldn't have even considered continuing business with your company, but ***'s outstanding customer service changed my mind. Coming from a fellow customer service agent I would like to further commend him for listening to his customer, upselling, educating, recapping, and sending a confirmation email. It really was just an awesome call! If all of your reps were like that I would definitely recommend your company.WorkSimpli Software, LLC
