1 starThis company is a scam. **************** is extremely rude. They took my money when I canceled the service. I reported them to Paypal and they responded with terms and conditions that stated they cannot process my refund request unless I closed the case. I have screenshots of the message through Paypal to show they lied. I closed the case for them to say that ****** owes me the money, not them. So now I question whether the terms and conditions they provided me were legit. Not to mention, the product offer doesn't even convert a file. They deserve zero stars.Review fromKenneth L

1 starAs I come to write this review and see hundreds of other people having the same issue, I'm not sure if this is even going to stop this company. Paid for a ONE TIME use service of $1.95. I was told to cancel subscription to avoid further charges. I utilized the service and canceled IMMEDIATELY. Low and behold I am charged $40 with them stating my subscription is active in THEIR system. Even though I am looking right at my subscriptions list and they are nowhere to be found. They legit tell me, "Oh well." I then asked for a manager and they tell me we don't have managers. When I questioned the legitimacy of the company due to no managers they then say oh we have managers but they're just not going to talk to you. I was baffled. I then hang up and call back and the second lady was even more horrific with the lack of professionalism. She tells me and i quote and unquote, "Report it honeyyyyy, we do not care." I was literally speechless. I had no words as I have never experienced this type of service in my entire life. This company needs to be stopped and there's like no way to do that at all.Review fromLuke R

1 starExtremely deceptive Company that charges an outrageous FORTY dollars subscription that i could have sworn i cancelled, just for making a resume. I didn't notice for 3 months so i ended up paying 120 dollars for a pretty standard resume that i thought would be about $2. Even if I did forget to cancel, $40 a month is insanely exploitative and it seems this companies business model is based around people forgetting to cancel and siphoning money from them like a parasite. 1 starWorst company I've dealt with... customer service was extremely rude and inefficient. Also the deal was try it out for free and cancel before the date if you do not want the 39.99 fee. We cancel it a week or two before the due date and even had a confirmation email and everything and then they charged us... they lied and have lied before to many others as I've seen on here and other customer reviews. I will not be using this company ever again and neither will my family or friends. It's been two weeks and still no refund. I demand my refund send immediately as this is a type of ***** and should never be done to anyone. Dishonest companies need not to thrive off the public....

We don't offer free trial or demos. We have a 14 day trial for $1.95 after the trial ends if you do not cancel within the 14 days you will be enrolled in our base subscription for $39.95. When your account is cancelled we send a confirmation email. If you were charged after the confirmation email was sent you can send this evidence to our support team they can assist you. Send this to ********************************** If you did not cancel before the 14 days that might be there reason you were charged. all this information is in the terms and agreement.

1 starDO NOT USE PDF SIMPLI. IT IS A ****. I used the service to convert 1 document. It cost $1.95 and the document wasn't even converted properly. I didn't realize that they would charge me $39.95 AUTOMATICALLY if I didn't cancel the service. When I noticed the charge a few weeks later, I immediately cancelled my account and asked for a refund because this practice seems deceptive at best, criminally manipulative at worst. In the Billing page it is mentioned when you purchase the trial that after the 14 days if you do not cancel you will be enrolled in our base subscription for $39.95. 1 starI had no interest in having a subscription with this company, you charged me $39.95, for which I did not approve that money to be taken from my account. Received an email, saying I'm getting a refund, and to allow 5-7 business day, today is business day 9. What a bunch of BS, your email was a lie.
