    DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING: To the query of how to convert a word doc to pdf, this comes up early in the list Convert PDF to Word [FREE] - Convert PDF To Word Online Clicking on it takes you to PDFSIMPLI.com Nowhere on the first page is any mention of a fee for service. Only after you upload the doc do they ask for a fee of under $2 for some nominal purpose. However, it is now clear the purpose is to capture your credit card #. Then they bury the fact they are signing you up for a monthly fee of $39.95 more than the monthly fee for Adobe Acrobat, the pdf company! If you dont cancel with a certain time limit youre charged and never mind you never use the service beyond the original one time use, you are on their hook. I plan to report them to BBB and the Attorney General of ********** which specifically prohibits false advertising. I dont recall if I did cancel, but I think I did as this wasnt the first instance of the free trial game Id encountered. (Snark, snark re IF you see you must cancel soon.)It's so discouraging to see the degradation of business practices to grab a buck or 40.

    This company is a scam. **************** is extremely rude. They took my money when I canceled the service. I reported them to Paypal and they responded with terms and conditions that stated they cannot process my refund request unless I closed the case. I have screenshots of the message through Paypal to show they lied. I closed the case for them to say that ****** owes me the money, not them. So now I question whether the terms and conditions they provided me were legit. Not to mention, the product offer doesn't even convert a file. They deserve zero stars.

    This company is one inch from a scam. I'm sure I canceled and here I'm billed 40 dollars. Why does this c*** get allowed, because there making someone alot of money. Well it's c*** and needs to be banned.

    Very misleading website, this should not show up on Google as a free PDF web editor when you cannot download your PDF for free.

    As I come to write this review and see hundreds of other people having the same issue, I'm not sure if this is even going to stop this company. Paid for a ONE TIME use service of $1.95. I was told to cancel subscription to avoid further charges. I utilized the service and canceled IMMEDIATELY. Low and behold I am charged $40 with them stating my subscription is active in THEIR system. Even though I am looking right at my subscriptions list and they are nowhere to be found. They legit tell me, "Oh well." I then asked for a manager and they tell me we don't have managers. When I questioned the legitimacy of the company due to no managers they then say oh we have managers but they're just not going to talk to you. I was baffled. I then hang up and call back and the second lady was even more horrific with the lack of professionalism. She tells me and i quote and unquote, "Report it honeyyyyy, we do not care." I was literally speechless. I had no words as I have never experienced this type of service in my entire life. This company needs to be stopped and there's like no way to do that at all.
