Nicole G. was excellent in providing top notch customer service, explaining the plans available and graciously honoring my request. In the future, when I have a need, I will use this software. Mainly, because I now know I have the support of customer service. In the future I will always call in to speak to a person as I did not have a satisfactory experience the Chat feature. I love that I was able to use the service on a short term basis and then cancel before spending much more money. They were upfront in making the cancel process as simple as possible. This is such a scam. Be sure to read everything on the contract as they get every angle they can. I also engcourage you to screen shot the contract you agreed to as they change the rules on you and charge you heavily for it.WorkSimpli Software, LLC
