***, my representative was great. He made me feel comfortable talking with him. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to give me great information that I was unaware of and assisted me a great deal through the process, walking me through what I needed to know. We need more people like Rey. I signed up for PDF Simpli and initially found their service satisfactory. However, my experience took a sharp downturn when I decided to cancel my subscription on September 1, 2023. Despite receiving a confirmation email assuring me of the cancellation, PDF ****** continued to charge my account until today, May 5, 2024.When I reached out to PDF ******'s customer service via live chat to address this issue, I was met with sheer incompetence and a blatant disregard for customer concerns. The representative I spoke with not only refused to acknowledge the cancellation confirmation email I received but also insisted that my subscription was only cancelled today, despite my account clearly reflecting the cancellation status upon logging in.This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. PDF ******'s failure to honor cancellation requests and their deceptive billing practices demonstrate a lack of integrity and respect for their customers. I caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution, as their disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply concerning.WorkSimpli Software, LLC

I was searching for a free PDF document editor and this company was the first to pop up after a ****** search. They listed various free services through their software, such as free PDF editing or free document conversions to PDF formats. After filling out an entire application for an important and time sensitive insurance matter, I was notified that there was a payment necessary in order to use their software. Why was this not mentioned before I spent an hour filling out paperwork? Why does their advertising list all of their services as free if they simply aren't? I find their marketing techniques manipulative and unethical. I won't be using their services now or in the future and I would urge others to stay away from them as well.WorkSimpli Software, LLC

Hope you are doing well. Registering to our website is completely free and so is editing and converting. If you would like to download or print the converted document, then an active subscription is needed. You can use our 14 days trial for $1.95 to download the converted document and if you are not satisfied with us then you can cancel it any time before 14 days.
You can upload, edit and convert any document - 100% free. To unlock the ability to download all file formats, you have to pay $1.95 for a 14-day trial. The trial is no risk and we do offer full refunds on all charges for 30 days after the initial transaction date. This is actually a new approach to our product offering and we would love any additional customer feedback if you have any.

I would highly recommend, ***************************, She is very professional, knowledgeable, confident, kind, and patient. She took care of my problems. She ask the right questions. Did not throw excuses or try to put the fault on the customer. I was an Assistant Controller for over 20 years. If your company is look to promote someone on this team she would be an excellent choice. Or you might consider giving her a raise. I do not throw my recommendations around lightly.
