The representative was helpful and courteous. I found the company itself to be somewhat confusing with regard to what could be accomplished and that in the end I would have to go to the local SS office. The representative I spoke with listened compassionately to my problem.When applying for a SS card replacement I had signed into the *** Simpli system, which only cost $1.99 for the month.After my application form didnt work out for my skill level (I try but am 82), I was disappointed. I neglected to follow through and cancel my temporary subscription. When the month ended, the new rate was activated. I asked if this could possibly be forgiven. ******** explained that she would do this as a one-time courtesy. I was deeply grateful as my husband and I are pensioners. Thank you very much.
