I purchased a 14 day trial for $1.95 on 11.20.23. I am pasting in what the invoice says...."Unlimited printing and downloading for 14 days. After 14 days, auto-renews $39.95 billed every 4 weeks " Now I am locked out of the account until I upgrade. I was able to process alot of my files, but then they started showing 11.21.23 when it was still yesterday. Now I am still locked out. I am rejecting this response because: I have asked multiple times for cancellation and refunds. Your process is broken,, and I believe on purpose. I manage multiple businesses and have a good overview on your business practices. Your policies and procedures regarding cancellation are structured to create friction within the customer profile. In other words, after management of ten different profiles for 10 different companies and using your portal I can definitely say that your business structure is a failure and disappointment. I do not accept anything you have to offer as it is not one incident it is multiple. I believe a legal class action is the only thing that would alter your business practices as with multiple phone calls for multiple accounts and multiple emails, you dont want to do what is right. I will not be the one that pursues this, but someone will.

I have been charged since May 2023 $39.95 a month for service I did not authorize. I used their automated system and followed prompts to cancel last month in Octobet 2023. I was billed again on 11/2/2023 without permission for another $39.95. They refused to issue refund and told me to get a refund from the BBB! they are illegally charging my card and are not authorized to do so. I want a full refund dating back to the first charge. I am rejecting this response because: I did not use the service past the trial and I never received a email from them saying my subscription ended and that I would be charged $39.95 a month. I never logged in or used their service past the trial yet I was charged repeatedly without my knowledge. I finally realized this was going on in Oct. I want a full refund dating back to May 2023. This is completely Unacceptable and the customer service rep was very rude and told me if I want refund to go through BBB!! Please ISSUE FULL REFUND FOR ALL MONTHS OF UNUSED SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.

On October 10, 2023 I purchased access to edit a PDF from PDFSimpli and it states on the website that its for 14-day access. Today, October 25, I noticed a charge from PDFSimpli for $39.95.When I called to ask what the charge was for I was told that I had a subscription. When I told the ******** Service Agent I only signed up for the 14-day access she said I had signed up for a subscription. I told her I didnt select to continue with a subscription and I asked her to cancel the subscription and issue a refund since I know I didnt request a subscription. You will even notice on the invoice that there is no mention of a continuing subscription.I called twice and both CSRs told me they would not issue a refund. Please help! The company also states they have a BBB Rating of A which when I just looked it up appears to be false so can you please do something so that consumers dont think they are a legit company? I am rejecting this response because:I was charged on August 30th and 9/29 and requested a refund on 9/29 which puts both charges within the 30 day refund policy.
your company attempted to count days twice in order to validate your charges instead of being ethical and honoring your policy.
I have attached the ****** official day counter screen shot for reference.
I am satisfied with both refunds however had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back and get you to honor your policy.
there should be recourse for this or you should amend your policy to a 29 day refund policy if thats the way you choose to do business.

I used their site resumebuild.com to build a resume to turn in for my army recruitment officer and they had an extra fee hidden in their fine print. Witch is a clear violation of the hidden fees act here in the us. ***** was created almost specifically for this reason due to me have really severe dyslexia its really easy for me to miss fees hidden in fine print. Further more I could not cancel on my phone the cancel feature was so hidden I had to use a desktop. I emailed them requesting a refund of the ***** and they basically refused. It was most definitely not a no questions asked refund I had to email your support team over a few days and eventually make this complaint before receiving my refund even in your rebuttal where your very aggressive towards me as a costumer for just wanting my refund I was well within the 30days it should have been a simple request and I had to come here to get anything accomplished as I posted in the original evidence. If this is normal for your company I suggest a new leadership approach. I missed meals over this.

Just like other folks have said and reviews Ive read, this business (if you can call it that) is a complete scam. Once I noticed multiple transactions, different amounts, not on the same dates each month like an actual subscription, I immediately called them. Mind you I never subscribed to anything to begin with. $1 for PDF conversion turned into ****** that I cant get back. As a single mom with no gov ********** thats significant to me. When I called customer service asked for my account information which I didnt even have. I gave my name and email and asked for a cancellation and to stop charging me. They said they couldnt find me which I thought odd since they can find a way to take money from me but cant find me in their system. They told me to email support. I email support and they ask for proof to which I send them my bank statements and circled all the transactions from them. They emailed back saying that wasnt good enough and that I have to show them my paypal account ID? and other things from PayPal. I dont even have a PayPal account!!!! The one I have was from years ago that I never used and still dont use. So since I cant get them that information (because it doesnt exist) they can continue to take money from me? Im so frustrated. They wont cancel my account and I tried disputing with my bank and they said that they would try to block them from taking anything out but then said they couldnt find the merchant on their list of merchants they can block. I am so fed up and just dont know what else to do at this point besides completely leave my bank, take everything out and get a new account else where. I forgot to mention also I had lost my debit card and got another hoping that would mean they couldnt charge me anymore and somehow they are still charging me!!!!!Business Response
