    In examining my credit card statement today, I saw that I am paying PDFSimpli.com $39.95 per month starting in November 2022. I never authorized a subscription or these payments. Upon discovering this, I cancelled the subscription today, January 17, 2023. The only authorized payment I made to this company was $1.35. I do, therefore, warrant a refund for the November December and January payments which amount to ******. An examination of my "account" will show that I never accessed it and did not use the services.

    We have a 30-day no questions asked refund policy. Initial sign up for the account under *************************** was on November 04, 202 for our 14 day trial. After the 14-day full access trial ended your account was enrolled in the $39.95 option. After every subscription purchase we send an email to our customers to confirm their purchase. In this email it explains again what will happen to the account if it is not canceled after the trial ends. The cancellation for this account was on January 17, 2023. We did not receive any cancellation request before that.  We went ahead and refunded your payment method  for November, December and January for the charges of  $39.95.  You should see the funds reflect in your account in 5-7 business days. Cancellation for your account was made and  It is no longer active. We have attached the evidence of the refunds made to this account.  You mentioned "An examination of my "account" will show that I never accessed it and did not use the services". We have attached the document you used In this account as evidence that the account was used it has your name  in it . We added evidence where it mentions what will happen to your account after the 14 day trial ends and you do not cancel.     I was charged by PDF SIMPLI on my Mastercard. I contacted the company to explain that I did not make this charge and I do not have an account with this company. I have been getting the run around for days now! I have told them repeatedly that I do not have account and this charge is not from me and this email address is not mine and it is like talking to a brick wall. I have already contacted the ******************************** and my next step is Small Claims court. I am tired of these types of companies knowingly that people are stealing credit cards and when you call them to complain they pretend to know nothing! This time I need to make a public example out of a corporation!

The account was cancelled and refunded. We added a document that was in your account where there is evidence of your name in it. If you still think this is a fraud account please contact your bank, We refunded the charge made within our 30 day policy date. You should see the funds reflect in your account in 5-7 business days. After the 14-day full access ended your account was enrolled in the $39.95 option. Before you pay for your subscription you have to click the terms and condition box to be able to use our service it is mentioned the date the trial end and what will happen after the 14 day trial.  After every subscription purchase we send an email to our customers to confirm their purchase. Your confirmation was sent reminding you of the service you paid for. We have attached an image of the terms and condition you accepted.The cancellation for this account was after the 14 day trial on January 3 2022.     I cancelled this subscription back in October and Ive been billed in November and December for this service I cancelled. I would like a refund for both months. These ppl are billing without authorization.

    Tried PDF Simpli to upload mulitple PADI documents and paperwork.... locked up iMac several times and would not allow me to finish. locked out and closed account. Account remained "OPENED" they claimed-- from what they say it's billed every 30 days--- issued on the 22Nov and billed on the 16of DEC-- this is not 30 days. Called them and told them what was happening -- denied letting me talk to a supervisor- extremely rude-- refused to help me cancel and refund. I cannot and WILL NOT use this service after being treated this way.

    Initial sign up for the account  under the  email address ****************** was November 22,2022 for the 14 day trial subscription. We do not offer free trials; we have 14 day trials for the price of $1.45 and $1.95. The option you selected was an $1.45.  This account had already been closed from our end on  Dec 15 2022. As explain the trial is for 14 days and it is mentioned before you pay that after the 14 day trial if you do not cancel you will be enrolled in to our base subscription for $39.95. These are the terms and condition you selected in order to continue with the payment of your subscription. As mention the account was closed after the 14 day trial that is why you were charged for our 30 day subscription. The account has been refund you should expect your money from 5-7 business days.     On October 8th I used this free service that allowed two weeks to be use for free and after that it was a 39.99$ charge. Me and my wife cancelled it a week or so before the due date, got a confirmation of the cancellation only to see they charged us anyway despite doing what we were told but then lied to by the company. I see this is not the first time this company has done this and this is fraud. What I want is not to be talked to rudely and passed off when this company was in the wrong fro charging me after the cancellation and then still has not refunded me at all! I want the money refunded now and not later. You were fast to take it but slow to give it back...
