I used the 14 day trial for the $1.95. However I canceled it almost immediately. I was charged today 2/11/23 for the $39.95 to work simpli software. Im not sure why I was still charged this when I canceled already. This is not right. I need a refund.

After the 14-day full access ended your account was enrolled in the $39.95 option. After every subscription purchase we send an email to our customers to confirm their purchase. This account does not appear cancelled in our system. When you cancel the account an automatic email is send as evidence. We did not receive any cancellation request for this account. We went ahead and refunded your payment method for the charges of $39.95. You should see the funds reflect in your account in 5-7 business days a cancellation for your account was made It is no longer active. If anyone is trying to ****** to see if this is a "real" free PDF service, DON'T USE THEM! They are not legitimate! I was filling out a PDF for my university project, and after working so long on the project (believing I'd be able to download it for free), it said I just needed to provide my email in order to be able to download it. Fine, no big deal. I signed up for their emails. But then, they revoked ALL ACCESS to my master's homework document! ALL OF IT! I can't view it, can't retrieve the data I worked hours on. NOTHING. Unless I PAY these people for their "trial" service, which if you're not careful, they will charge you $39.99 for within so many days. It's a SCAM! I tried to reach out to a person via chat, who told me that I could try a trial (with payment), but otherwise my document was lost to me, I couldn't even go back to the editor to just retrieve my homework data! SO frustrating!!! Avoid these people!

If you do not want to wait the 24 hours you can pay for our 14 day trial (for $1.45 or $1.95), depending on the plan you choose. After trying the product, if you do not wish to continue, call or go online to cancel before the trial ends or change the subscription to a different plan. I was charged for this service when I have never used them. I contacted them to ask why and they kept asking for the account information. The explanation could be that I had tried to get rid of a pop up add from them. However I have checked all of my emails and I also never got any confirmation from them saying that I had signed up with them or anything. So I had to cancel the card that they kept trying to charge. So to me it looked like someone had stolen my card or had some fraudulent account made. If youre going to bill people send them a confirmation email regarding this. Because to me this is a scam. They tried to charge me a fee for a service that I had never signed up for or used.

In examining my credit card statement today, I saw that I am paying PDFSimpli.com $39.95 per month starting in November 2022. I never authorized a subscription or these payments. Upon discovering this, I cancelled the subscription today, January 17, 2023. The only authorized payment I made to this company was $1.35. I do, therefore, warrant a refund for the November December and January payments which amount to ******. An examination of my "account" will show that I never accessed it and did not use the services.

I was charged by PDF SIMPLI on my Mastercard. I contacted the company to explain that I did not make this charge and I do not have an account with this company. I have been getting the run around for days now! I have told them repeatedly that I do not have account and this charge is not from me and this email address is not mine and it is like talking to a brick wall. I have already contacted the ******************************** and my next step is Small Claims court. I am tired of these types of companies knowingly that people are stealing credit cards and when you call them to complain they pretend to know nothing! This time I need to make a public example out of a corporation!

I cancelled this subscription back in October and Ive been billed in November and December for this service I cancelled. I would like a refund for both months. These ppl are billing without authorization.

Tried PDF Simpli to upload mulitple PADI documents and paperwork.... locked up iMac several times and would not allow me to finish. locked out and closed account. Account remained "OPENED" they claimed-- from what they say it's billed every 30 days--- issued on the 22Nov and billed on the 16of DEC-- this is not 30 days. Called them and told them what was happening -- denied letting me talk to a supervisor- extremely rude-- refused to help me cancel and refund. I cannot and WILL NOT use this service after being treated this way.

On October 8th I used this free service that allowed two weeks to be use for free and after that it was a 39.99$ charge. Me and my wife cancelled it a week or so before the due date, got a confirmation of the cancellation only to see they charged us anyway despite doing what we were told but then lied to by the company. I see this is not the first time this company has done this and this is fraud. What I want is not to be talked to rudely and passed off when this company was in the wrong fro charging me after the cancellation and then still has not refunded me at all! I want the money refunded now and not later. You were fast to take it but slow to give it back...
