    Scam alert! This company will sell you insurance with a $200 fee added for them just to call you 6 months later telling you that you have to switch policies and pay the fee again. Afterwards they charged my account up to 4 times a month for a policy I no longer have. Never use this company. They should be investigated.

    Buyer Beware High Pressure sales tactics lousy insurance coverage highly not recommended. Don't even cover blood work the first thing you got to do when you go to a doctor

    I signed up for this insurance after being laid off from my job back in February of 2023. I started a new job, finally, back in September of 2023 and have emailed, called and asked QuickHealth to cancel my insurance multiple times and they are still charging me for the service that I do not need and have told them to cancel for 2 additional months now. When I talked to the support agent, a "Manager" named Tonya, she was rude, told me I had to email support to have my insurance canceled, which I have done, and yet they still charge me. They have now charged me $1,658.00 for a service I no longer needed or would use and owe me a refund and need to cancel my insurance. Since I actually talked to a human, Tonya, I expected my issue to be resolved and didn't even care if I didn't get the refund for the 1st month of overpayment. Now that it is 2, I want my insurance cancelled still and they would resolve my concern completely if they would honor the policy support shared with me and refund my last month when they cancel my insurance.

    DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY. I purchased a policy on March 01 of 2022. I had a bad feeling about this company and had buyers remorse (with good reason), I called them on March 2nd, cancelled the policy and told them that I wanted a full refund of 356.00, the premium for 1 month. I called them daily for 4 months. They assured me it was on the way, everyday for 4months, it was on its way. Never received it and wrote it off as a lost cause. Now I have gotten 5 text messages from them in the last month, telling me that is has come to there attention that I have not paid for policy number 105706 yet and to avoid any inconvenience, they can deduct $257.29 out of my checking by just replying yes. I have not talked to this company since August of 2022. They still have my bank account number and phone number. I don't know how to proceed with this. Buyer beware!!!!

    I needed insurance due to issues with my work insurance, back about August 2022. Went through the process of setting it up but a couple months down the way I decided this insurance was not for me. So I called spent an hour on hold trying to talk with someone back in October 2022, went through everything to get this canceled and they told me it was. Next thing I noticed was it did not get canceled, spent November, December, and January trying to get this canceled with multiple phone calls and being on hold and being transfered to different extentions. But the payments stopped around Feburary 2023 and a wave of relief hit me. Now we get to November 2023 and they activated that account and charged my bank card for the same amount again. I did not want that insurance reactivated and I received no notification that it was until I saw I was charged the same monthly payment I had when I had this last year. Now I have to spend hours or months trying to stop this again when I had no indication that it started again. Not happy at all and if I could do negative stars I would.

    This company is the biggest scam I have ever seen. They stole $500 from me. It took me forever to get rid of them and to get some of my money back (but not all). Now months later I found out they enrolled me again without my permission. They also charged my credit card over $800 also without my permission. All my information should have been gone from there system. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my bank statement and found those charges again. I thought I would never have to deal with this company again, but unfortunately they are back. If you think they are gone beware. No matter which payment method you choose to use, when you finally get rid of them cancel your card.

    I canceled Quick health over a year ago over and over again I called and canceled now there trying to get me to pay over 4,400 dollars I called an attorney for help no way I'm paying Quick health a dime!!!!

    Quick health is a scam. Stay clear of them if you are needing health insurance. Isiah, Tara, Tonya all said they would make sure I received my insurance cards. I spent three months of pay for this insurance and never received my card. Nothing was ever mentioned about a 15 day notice when I tried to cancel and they took my money anyways. I have called many times throughout the last three days and no one is available to answer my call.. I finally get ahold of someone yesterday to make sure my cancel is canceled and one hr later I get an email stating welcome back ti quick health and when the next payment will be taking out.. SCAM
