1 starI got health Insurance through Quick health. February 2023. I paid $3588.00 for a year, paid in full. In October 2023 my bank notified me and said someone going by the name ABN HEALTH was trying to charge $3588.00 twice equaling $7168.00 I told my Bank do not expect charges, I got off the phone with the bank and called the number they gave me and it was Quick health. And I told them that they were trying to take a unauthorized double charge equaling $7188.00 and 4 months early and that I was not paying that, They apologized and said they were going to reverse the charges. The next day I looked at my bank account , and there was another double charge in the amount
of $7168.00. Once again I called them and they again apologized and said they would reverse the charges...well they did reverse the charges but immediately turned around and recharge my account. This went on to where I had to close my account and report this company as fraudulent to stop this madness, my bank issued me a new card and blocked them from taking any money from me. Somehow during this period 1 of the double charges whent through. They also go by different names...ABN HEALTH, QUICK HEALTH, SBMA and all along I was told that I had Cambridge health. Every time that I had to it would take hours for someone to call me back. Every day I received a text telling me that they have a better policy with better benefits and discount. Nov 1st I got a notice that my existing policy that was paid in full until February 2024 was canceled. Once again I called and talked to Tara and she assured me that she would reinstate my policy and that it would take 42 hours and she said that if I dropped the fraud charges that this would expedite the $7168.00 that they owe me...I said H*** no. I called 2 weeks later and it still had not been reinstated. I also have talked to someone named Charles with no help whats so ever. I have contacted the insurance commissioner's office.Quick Health

1 starQuick Health and Albert G**** very unscrupulous business and said licensed health insurance agent actually has no license to sell insurance in WA State. It was revoked in November 2017. Wish Albert G**** would have followed the WA State legal order, rather than sell me an unregulated health-Rx policy in WA State in February 2023. Now I have fraudulent ABN Health and Quick Health attempted charges on my Credit Card five months ahead of 2-1-2024 next payment date, and the policy paid-in-full has been canceled. Why? A computer glitch - Daniele and Charles told me 12-15-2023. Same day Daniele and Charles both told me my policy would be reinstated. Still waiting to confirm policy reinstatement, after SBMA emails on 12-18-2023 letter of non-insurance effective 12-1-2023? I paid policy in full 2-15-2023 to 2-29-2024. Do NOT do business with Quick Health, and especially agent Albert or Al G**** whose license has been revoked in many states. This is not Affordable Health Care approved and Cambridge 10 Plan does not pay 100 percent on preventative wellness procedures for non-symptomatic patients such as colonoscopy of mammograms. I am now fighting cost-sharing on each exam and watch how medical is coded. The Cambridge 10 is sponsored by the Employers Business Alliance and Quick Health makes us EBA members, yet another player in this multi-tiered scam that is difficult to navigate if you don't have a law degree. This is beyond a blindside on many levels. Quick Health is literally BAD for my health right now! A zero star review is most accurate.Quick Health

Just wow!
I'd like copies of all my recorded conversations with Tara, Danielle and Charles - near weekly since 11-21-2023.
Since 10-21-2023 charge - I learned ABN Health and Quick Health accessed my credit card 5 more times, including today 1-3-2024. This is illegal and on a Federal level.

1 starQuick health insurance cancelled my insurance and continued to take 2500.00 from my account with out even letting me know that my insurance was cancelled, spent the whole day trying to contact a representative, just a voicemail, stating they were off for Thanksgiving holiday weekend, mind you I just found out this information about my cancelled medical insurance coverage on 26th of December.Review fromJaruwan F

1 starThis is a total scam company. I was told that if I purchased their health insurance, I could cancel within 30 days and get a full refund. That was 6 months ago, and I have still not received a refund.

1 starThey issued me fake insurance card. Insurance company did not have my information and did not recognize number of my card. I signed in end of August for 1 year. Call 6 times because my physical cand and booklet was no mailed to me at they promised and every time they said that it is mailed to me and i will receive it within 1 week. Then they connected me to insurer, and he told me they did not receive my data and they do not have my insurance number in their system, my SSN and name too. After that QuickHealth told me complain manager will review the case and will contact me within 72hrs.! Then week past and still nothing. I can't use medical service when i needed. Today I trying to connect to support rep and after 6hr attempt I can't connect to them. Monday 12-18-23. It is going to be litigation for breach of contract, misrepresentation false statements and malpractice.Quick Health

They have not paid a dime on any of my claims and now I am in collections saying I had no insurance time of coverage which I was paying over 1k a month in self employed insurance. Now have over 20k worth of medical bills that they have not paid! Having to get an attorney involved!Quick Health

1 starMy fiancé and I were looking into getting private insurance just for me… the guy on the phone told me that the best would be $700/mo. We had already made it clear that I was not working, and my fiancé was covering the bills. I told him that was probably not going to happen and he kept telling me “It’s the best you’re not gonna find it cheaper anywhere else.”
As soon as I said we have a mortgage and a car payment and other bills, he dropped it to $400. We told him it still was not doable, we were looking more for $150-200 and he immediately said they could also offer a monthly of $200.
My fiancé and I talked about it and I told him I’m super close to getting on Medicaid and maybe it’s just best we wait to hear back about that before getting into this commitment, so we put my card on file to hold the quote for 2 days while I worked some stuff out.In that two days, they called me 5 times, texted me 3 times and emailed me 2 times. I called, and told them to delete my info and my bank information as I was not moving forward since I had been harassed for the last two days.
I have asked them multiple times to stop calling me, stop emailing me, stop texting me and they will not leave me alone. Now I’m sitting on hold because again they’re trying to charge my card for $250.
This company is garbage. I’ve threatened to contact a lawyer and everything and they still continue to email me.Quick Health

1 starMy mom canceled her insurance plan within the hour she was signing up after reading more of the details of the contract... They never gave her a refund even though they said they would and just wait two to three weeks. That was a year ago - last night they charged her card $400. You ***** *******!!!! (astricks because I can't cuss) She's on a fixed income. You guys are the scum of the earth for doing that. You guys are litterally stealing her money and she barely has any - - - and she still can't go doctors bc she can't afford it.Quick Health

1 starInsurance in a pinch when you can't get into open season but beware this is a limited insurance plan not governed by the ACA. Well I knew that but we needed some type of insurance. What I didn't know is they will take your money and not let you cancel. Our next auto payment deduction in our paperwork was to taken out 12/28/23. Instead they took it out 11/14/23. We had planned to cancel the plan by 11/30/23 but when we called to cancel they said we could NOT cancel as we already paid for the next quarter. An insurance plan you can't cancel when you don't need it anymore? They took out the payment a month early with no notice? We are fighting it and will be making a claim to get our money back on a service we will not be using.Quick Health
