    This company tries to take out $89.99 every month. I've already canceled About three months ago. This month it shows "pending" and causing My bank account to be negative. Every time I call it tells me to leave a message.

    Hands down worst company I’ve ever dealt with. This nightmare is still ongoing. It’s been 15 BUSINESS days, and still I can’t get in touch with anyone to cancel this awful policy. On top of their blatant refusal to honor the 30 day cancellation policy, they have fraudulently charged my credit card TWO WEEKS before the rebill date. Unfortunately I’ve had to contact an attorney for assistance in this case.

    The company over charged me. I paid the initial price, but with in two weeks they had taken two more monthly amounts out of my bank account. And tried twice more to remove money before 29 days of my initial time I signed up. They sold me dental insurance but I learned later that it was not insurance at all, but a reduced price business. After numerous attempts to talk to a representative I either reached someone who could not help or was passed on to a manager who never answered the phone but timed me out and hung up on me.

    Quick health stole $904.55 out of our acct one week before Christmas. We cancelled our policy with them October of 2022. December of 2023 with no permission they took $904.55 from our acct. I want to put together a class action lawsuit and sue them out of business.

    it’s a SCAM! let me tell you about my claim here.
    10/16 was coursed on a deal that I had to react to while they were still on the phone line. Brionna the salesperson was very convincing and even lied about a few things about the insurance to real me in for a payment of course for the first 3 months and a 30-day money back guaranty.
    10/17 charged about $1200.
    10/18 called to cancel and was given the verbal you will be reimbursed.
    10/25 called and was told by Tara from billing it was in the works to be reimburse. But it somehow started this day and not 10/18.
    11/3 called but no answer at this time I was using 3-4 different numbers because it only gave me either a holding song or if you wanted a call back, they would call back, it would ring once and then disconnect.
    11/7 finally got a hold of a person and stated it would be reimbursed in 30 days from 10/25 so 11/25 I should expect my refund.
    12/12 curious as to why I haven’t been reimbursed I called but no answer from anyone.
    12/13 was told by the Manager of billing, Tonya that I had no reimbursement coming at this time as if I was never going to receive a reimbursement. I was very angered. she requested an email stating this cancelation. I stated, "why would I need an email I was told by 2 different people it was going to be reimbursed." she stated she would investigate it. I sent her the email I sent to Tara of my timeline so far. the manager also stated that Tara had no authority to cancel my insurance.
    12/19 called again stated she was just returning from "surgery."
    12/21 called again no answer.
    12/22 $1200 charge
    12/26 called closed.
    12/29 called closed.
    12/30 $1200 charge
    1/1 called closed.
    ½ called no answer.
    1/2 card canceled.
    I know this looks like a lot of work and I did an impressive amount of calling it seemed like I was going to get my money back and then double charged I knew then that I had to cancel my card and this place it a FULL-ON SCAM!!!

    Total Scam!!!!! Could not reach them after starting a policy and emails in my folder disappeared. Phone disconnects. Took me for 2400.00!!!!! Thank God I put it on a credit card and am disputing the charges now. Ugh. What a way to start the new year.
