I'm due on the 25th of the month. 3/19/24 they took a payment and the took another on 4/2/24..messed up our rent which is the 3rd time it's happened. Thank you all for sharing your experiences. I now know what I have to do.

Do not trust them. They lied to me about the plan I was getting and I had no coverage for the things I needed that year. They also continue to charge my credit cards yearly and as often as possible after I shut down my credit card and report the charge as fraud. I have had my credit cards shut down because of them, but they continue to somehow get my new card numbers.I have done everything they have asked me to do to cancel my policy yet they continue to charge my cards. I cant get rid of them. They were rude and manipulative on the phone. They would call saying I had asked them to charge my card. They wanted personal information from me and when I refused they said they couldnt help me because I wasnt forthcoming with them. I dont know what else I can do to stop them. I may have them blocked finally, but time will tell.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER going with this company for insurance! Every single review you see here is true. You give them your account info to deduct premiums on a quarterly basis and they deduct on random dates when they're not authorized to do so, quite literally STEALING money from you. They've done it to us multiple times. We finally had to cancel our account to prevent them from stealing even more and yet they still send us texts and emails almost daily saying there was a "hiccup" in processing payment on our policy. I can't even tell you how many times we've tried calling them in the last 6 months in an effort to get our stolen money back from them. You call and they give you the run around every single time. Seems like their tactic may be to make you just eventually give up and not bother trying to get your money back anymore. I have a hard time understanding how these people are paid to just give you a load of BS on the phone and go home feeling OK with themselves when peoples lives are being so greatly affected by this! It seems as though countless people are losing money that they need to pay bills, buy food, pay mortgages, etc. and in addition to that now have to worry about getting different insurance coverage.

Worst experience I have ever had hands down with any company. If zero stars was a option I would. To start they messed up on billing multiple times. had to cancel my card just to get them to stop charging it. I was charged a monthly rate for 5 days in a row. 400$x5= almost 2000. right before I left for trade school. I called every day to fix the issue which took weeks, they had no issue deducting the money on the spot but returning it was fight .Then they tried to do it again in January the following year. At one point they told me I had no insurance even though I did. lastly dealing with them now for my taxes has been a nightmare. My state requires a form but they have yet to send it, when I call no one can give a straight answer. I called the health ins company on the card and quick health never even sent them my information they have no plan number, no enrollment date, no end date. Thank the almighty I never had to use the insurance. If I even had any who knows at this point. Called quick health after to get a answer why the other company had none of my information..... still an ongoing issue. Not to mention still no insurance form for my taxes. An to finish it all up they are still trying to bill me, my plan ended months ago. 1 person says im all set then, bam still get phone calls, emails, and they are still trying to get money from me. F******* useless, Im surprised they have not been sued already. If your reading this people run far, run fast from this company

I purchased a dental plan through this company and paid over $2300 for an entire year for my 2 grandsons and myself and within less than 2 months the policy was switched to someone else. My email correspondence stated that I would be billed again on the same date the following year. However, less than 6 months later I was charged again for the same amount that I initially paid. I tried reaching out to them via phone and email stating that I needed to discuss the overcharges ASAP, but no one responded. The only response response I got was another email stating that there will soon be some changes to my policy that require my attention. I would give a -10 star review but there is no selection for it.

QuickHealth took two payments out of my acct in 1 week, on 2-14-24 when I signed up and then on 2-21-24 and refused to do a refund on the addition withdrawal. Called multiple times for a member ID# and a member card to be sent, and have gotten nothing but excuses, it has been a month now and still no one can help even though I have been active to use my coverage since 3-1-24 and still can’t use it. Multiple issues going on here! Do not sign up for this incompetent company that does not hold up to customer service standards. Iam paying for Insurance that I actually don’t have because without a Ins card/member ID I cant be seen by a Dr.

Got scammed through Obamacare website where came across a number for optimed, but then when I was convinced of a health insurance plan, I gave all my personal details and my credit card, I saw a pending bill for Quick Health, and received no email confirmation for more than a day. It then Occurred to me I was scammed. The customer number ********, doesn’t respond, the person I spoke to was named Barry but he is no where to be reached. Beware of Quick Health, OptiMed, and Obamacare plans and the websites and phone numbers listed on that site.

If 0 stars was an option that would be my selection. This company is a SCAM! They have stolen over $3,000 from us on top of our premiums and from the looks of other reviews they will not be covering any claims either. They are not just a bad insurance company, they are a complete scam. I have filed a complaint with my states Insurance Commissioner. I highly recommend you do the same, immediately if you've had any issues with this company at all. I would also recommend you file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office.
If you're lucky enough to find these reviews before doing business with them, DON'T!

I would run from them so fast, like superman. They do nothing but lie just to make a sale. I'm sad to say I signed up with them 3 times. Albert says things are different this time. Can't get a hold of anyone in customer service. Phones lines always busy. Or when I do get through, no call back.
Albert gave me his direct line, now he's ghosting me
Owe me money $1130.40 since 2022 policy that didn't cover anything. That Albert says to cancel and sign up for a better policy. Until to go to use it and it only cover 1 operation a year. Huh how does that work when you need cataract surgery??? You have 2 EYES
All the time it's a new policy you have to buy for some reason or another, before your policy is up.
I needed a new policy because they are not using the one I had. So got the new one and it was to start February 1 2024, been calling since January 15th to see if I in the system for the new insurance. Guess what February 2 still can't find me in the system yet!!!!!!!
Quick Health wants the money up front. Almost $5000.00.I pray nothing happens to me that I need the insurance at 64 Yrs of age???????????
RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM. THEY ARE ALL LIARS LIARS LIARS
I would have left a - stars if they had it

I purchased this for my adult son under the impression it was insurance. I paid the first 6 months $1753.73 and canceled before the next renewal. When I called the agent to cancel she told me I was not allowed to cancel because I purchased this for my adult son that has mental issues and the policy was not in my name, but they continue to charge MY CREDIT CARD. I immediately sent an email to cancel to have a record . I have disputed this charge for over a year now.
One of the Dr.s on the discounted list was deceased. I had to pay full amount when I took my son to the DR. This is a SCAM. Negative rating no stars!
