    I am in the same situation. I cannot get my refund from Quick Health. They will not even talk to me now. Stay on hold for ten minutes then they say extension is not available.
    I have been calling weekly for 2 months for my refund.

    This company is horrible horrible, I canceled my insurance with them on 8/15 and was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get the refund because I paid for the whole year. It is now week 13 and after numerous calls and emails for weeks most of them never returned I am still trying to get MY money back. Now another twist, I got new insurance cards in the mail Saturday and that tells me they never canceled it and will want me to pay until they process it instead of 8/15 when I canceled it. I think it is just a game to keep your money as long as they can or why would they make it so hard to talk to someone. I am usually on hold for a long time only to be told someone will call or email me which never happens. I feel I have been more than reasonable to get my refund.

    I cancelled my health insurance 8/15/2022 prior to the effective date. I have been trying to get my refund for three months and is getting a run a round from your company. Charles Leonard advise me he is working on it over 1 month ago and is now ignoring all my emails. It takes over40 minutes of wait time before someone gets on the phone and accomplish nothing. I AM DEMANDING MY RUFUND ASAP. I have been patient enough.

    they are scam artist's they unlawfully debited my account without autherization ,and when contacting them they tell me they are very sorry and it shall be returned ,however it has now been 10 weeks and still has not been returned, when i call them every friday i get a different excuse ,i am about ready to get a lawyer involved and get alot more for this suffering and wasted hour long calls

    I have tried more than 6x to find out why all of my claims are stating that they are NOT covered. No one will send me any information on the medical coverage I paid for. I talked to Chris in Billing who then sent me to Albert who sold me my claim who then sent me to Customer Service who then hung up on me or there is "experiencing high call time". I have spent over 5 hours today just trying get this information.

    I called back (like a fool) and spoke to Charles who then proceeded to tell me how Nothing that I asked Albert to make sure I had coverage on was there. All of my lab work, doctor visits were not covered. Not even the basic medical care was covered. I was told that Multiplan will then give you a discount on the service I had without telling me what the actual cost was. I asked for a refund on the policy and was hung up on. No one called me back even though I spent 7 hours talking to them (mostly on hold). NEVER AGAIN!!!! DO NOT USE A SUPPLEMENTAL OR THIRD PARTY COVERAGE. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND.
