I started with Quick ***** in Aug of 2023 till Dec *****. I am out over 15k with them. Had 4 policys with them because they kept changing policys on me because they no longer were valid. The last policy was with ******* and come to find out they do not serve Maryland residents. I signed up for a year and was also told I was to get a full refund on my last policy with Optimed. It never happened. It has been 8 months since my last policy was suppose to go into effect. I have been calling them about 2 times a week for my refunds and was always told it was pending. When I received a E-mail from ******* that my policy was cancelled for non payment I contacted Quick Health and was told that was an error and everything was fine. I had insurance. I then told them I wanted my refund because my policy was cancelled from *******. I also had 2 Dr bills that were not paid by Optimed so I had to pay for them out of my pocket. I still called Quick Health for my refunds and now can't get through to them. Phone number is always busy. I call about 10 times a day all 5 numbers I have for them. I guess I have been taken advantage of. I wish I had my smart cap on when I purchased insurance through Quick Health. thankfully I have Health Ins through someone else now and it is a *************.

At last! I was completely unaware of *************** and **** *******. These creatures have made their money, not by their own merit, but by taking advantage of people who have serious health issues, by LYING and money grabbing a patients hard earned money and going on a spending spree. WOW. What a legacy they leave behind, huh? At the end of the game, we all go in the same box. What's left behind is what legacy you leave for your family. What legacy does **** ******* leave? I have a few ideas about that.

I wonder is there is some class action law suit that we all can pursue? I am out *******, by being over charged consecutive weeks. This was back last August. Looks like I have had the same run around, and promises that I will be refunded "shortly" or " next week!" I tried to reach them recently, and it appears they are no llonger in business. Someone needs to be behind bars for the fraud/ scam/ stolen money of myself and countless individuals!

This company is a front for a den of thieves!!I was stuck with them for years because of disputes and constant changes in carriers. What they did to me in late '24 and early '25 is a new all time low for them. First they told me that I had to change carriers again. I did that on December 19th but shortly after that new carrier sends out emails saying they are parting ways with Seguro (they're new name) and all accounts will be dropped as of 12/31/24. So, being charged for a full year of insurance that lasted under 2wks was bad enough BUT then I get my credit card statement and find they charged my card 4 other times for a total of like $19, 982. The company is playing stupid to the whole thing. They're really hard to get on the phone. They're notorious for transferring you to voicemails that never get checked. When you do get them, you're always assured a call back....HA!!!! AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!

This company is a fraud I do not know how they can continue to be in business in several states someone needs to put a stop to them. My son lost close to $6000. They keep saying the refund is pending and its been six months now they are a despicable company. I dont know how anybody can even work there knowing theyre scamming thousands of people and why is this company allowed to continue to offer these plans to people?****** ***** has continued to be in court in several states over the fraud that his company is committing and yet it still goes on if anybody knows of any way that we can recoup our money, please let us know.

***** - as I do understand that this may be very upsetting for your son, can you please provide his name and policy number, so we can directly reach him to go over his account? As, this is his policy and we are only able to speak to the policy holder in regard to these matters.

2 years ago I finally picked up the phone for the first time after visiting the marketplace for health insurance. I was not picking up the phone because they were just hammering me after going on the ************** site. Quick health also known as about three other names. I will get back to you with them. I gave them $990 a month For Set, Oct, Nov 2023 the whole amount of December I'm not sure my daughters and I were really covered. It ended up that even the phone number on the card that I have was fraudulent. I used the card and I actually called the drug plan number and the guy you answered said I don't know who they are. I would look around for another company. This was on their INSURANCE CARD THAT THEY GIVE YOU. *** PLEASE BE AWARE BECAUSE I DID NOT GO TO THE STATE TO COMPLAIN AB THIS 100% FRAUDULENT COMPANY I JUST GAVE UP. I HAVE MANY SCREENSHOTS, SO MANY PHONE NUMBERS I'VE KEPT THAT'S RELATED TO THEM. Not too easy to get in touch with them via email, barely any paperwork from them, They are not legit. I am a testimony I am giving a review that I gave this company over $3,000 for me and my two daughters for 3 months of coverage from the ******** Health marketplace. Every doctor in ************** said they've never heard of them. Remember this was November 2023 I gather they haven't changed much. You should check the BBB. Not one pharmacy would cover anything and the best thing is CVS never heard of them. BEWARE!! The government should know about these people They go by other names I will gladly provide all the other names....

If you are reading this, you have most likely already been ripped off by this fraudulent company. Perhaps it is not too late. Do not waste your time talking to them; they will string you along until they no longer legally have to pay you. Do not waste your time with informal complaint processes; they will simply ignore them. If you paid the 'insurance' premiums with a credit card less than 6 months ago, file a dispute with your credit card company and cite 'FRAUD' as the reason you want your money back, because it is indeed a fraudulent company. If not, and if you are willing to travel to Berks County, PA, you can sue them via small claims court or higher if the amount of money is significant. I recommend using the sheriff to serve them. I hope you can recover some of your money. Everyone working for this business knows that it regularly scams people. Don't trust their salespeople. I worked with Albert, who assured me after my 2nd plan was mysteriously canceled that if I purchased a new plan he would 'press a button' and I would get my refund. Total BS. I'm out a total of about $8,500 from cancelled insurance plans that I should have been refunded the balances of. I could say more, but I'll leave that for judgment day. Good luck to ya.
