    Never go with them! I canceled my subscription over a year ago and they keep trying to renew my subscription and take it from my card. I have disputed so many claims from them.

    This company is a SCAM !!!! A year and a half of nightmare customer service and ********************** I can't use. Unfortunately I read the BBB reviews after getting involved with Quick Health. The reviews of all the others are what I have also experienced. I am walking away from Quick Health short several thousands of dollars. Had to cancel my credit card to stop them from randomly billing me. ***** ZERO STARS!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! ******

    If I could give them zero stars I would. I was in need of insurance because I unfortunately missed the open enrollment period through my employer. An agent reached out to me after I filled out a form online. He set me up with this company. I paid roughly 2200 dollars for the full year. He said expect policy paper work along with insurance cards, and policy number is 10 business days. After the 10 business days were up I started reaching back out to the agent. His name was ******. He never called me back. I left at least 3 voicemails asking him to return my call so I could at least get a policy number so I could keep my primary care appointment to get my prescriptions renewed. This is the perfect example of a company taking your money, and just being done with you after the fact. Once ****** wouldnt return my call I had to go online and find their customer service number in order to try and get a refund, because again I didnt receive any paper work proving that I had health insurance. I called the 800 number multiple times and left a voicemail for the same person every time (*****). She never called me back either. To be honest, at this point I thought I got scammed. So I reached out to my credit card company and reported it as fraud/****. At this point is when Dezera reached out to me to see if I really was cancelling my policy and wanting a refund. So again, the only time this company communicated with me was when it was regarding. Thats right money!!! Now three months later Im still getting emails and phone calls about re-Im stating my policy. Ive emailed them twice now asking to be taken off the list. I just received another one and this time I was fuming. I FINALLY got ahold of someone with a different 800 number and I let her have it. Just for her to say girl bye and hang up on me. I will say a manager called me back a few minutes after, but the damage was already done. NEVER and I mean NEVER use this company. Turns out they arent even following ACA.

    ZERO ******** NOT USE THIS "SERVICE." I have been charged 2 to 3 times monthly for coverage when I should only be charged once. The number listed on their website doesn't work, so getting a hold of someone to fix the problem is infuriating. I got on the chat on their website and once I said I was convinced they were a scam, they responded on the chat and called me back. Said they'd refund me but still haven't. Now, I'm trying to cancel my policy and cannot get a hold of them. I am on the chat asking to cancel, asking for someone to call, and nothing. *************.

    My experience is EXACTLY like the other experiences. I purhcase insurance though them, two months later, they said my coverage was terminated, made me sign up and pay more money. Called me 4 months later, saying my insurance was terminated and they wanted more money. me : absolutely not. send me back my money. 8k total. Now im getting credit hits because NONE OF MY MEDICAL BILLS HAVE BEEN PAID AT ALL.******* nightmare.

    They took my money and never covered any of my appointments even my well visits. Then they dropped me and kept my money. It's been months since they told me they were going to reimburse me. Then they wanted you to renew your policy after you just paid your policy for more money.

    If I could give zero stars I would. We actually used them for a few years, but because we rarely go to the doctor we hadn't needed it, other than for a permanent prescription that never was covered, even after multiple calls with the broker saying it would be, but the insurance denying each time. Year after year they'd call and have a "better option" telling us that the company we had insurance through was no longer our best option. The last time, we decided to pay a years worth of insurance up-front because of the discount they were giving us, it made it worth it (or so we thought). Paid the insurance in June 2023, got an insurance card stating we were insured as of 7/1/23. Went to use the insurance in April for multiple doctors appts only to learn that Quick Health had cancelled our insurance in December without our consent, keeping the money paid. On top of that, they started trying to bill us that full amount again just a couple months after we paid it, and that went on month after month with the bank flagging it as possible fraud each time (thank God!). And month after month they'd tell us they'd fix it. This company is a huge scam! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

    After medical claims being denied, going back & fourth with Custoer Svs, unauthorized funds removed from account, Billing saying refund in process, No refund received, canceled dental one month and a month later they take a payment. Canceled entire policy. No refund seen as of 11/8/24. Contacted an Attorney, we spoke with ****, she took necessary info said she would get refund processed which is handled via 3rd party, this was back in May/June. So even with no conclusion with Attorney contacting them, attorney suggested filing a complaint with ****. So I did, come to find out, QuickHealth is not licensed to operate in my state, so basically 12 months of Premiums all for nothing, We were SCAMMED. Nothing mentioned at the time of getting quotes. Nothing mentioned in their advertisement either. So BUYER BEWARE....

    Qiickhealth is a complete scam, I have been charged for 2 years of insurance in the course of 1 year and haven't gotten my refund from the 1st year which was canceled after 6 months, we paid for a year in May of this uear and policy was canceled in less than 6 months and they tell me they don't know anything about a refund being due for the remaining 6 months it is a total scam. DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM QUICK HEALTH. YOu will be disappointed with them and their customer service. My rating of them is actually Less than no stars

    Zero stars. I, like many others here purchased health and dental insurance for one year in January 2024 and have nothing but problems with countless calls to resolve and have been unable to confirm I have either coverage. Claims have been declined, quick health has tried to recollect insurance premiums from my debt card without authorization or justification since I purchased a plan for 1 full year for both. Please share any class action available. I would like to pursue this asap.
