    Quick health has cancelled 2 policies this year for me without my permission. This was in February and September this year. My credit card company can't do anything about it because they didn't know about the refunds until after there 90 days policy was up. I do have a letter from quick health that states they owe me the money for the 2 policies. They were even on the phone with me a couple of times trying to convince the credit card company to open a dispute. It didn't work. Because I haven't received any money from either policy I have lost confidence in quick health and have disputed my third policy that I purchased in September this year. I feel I am not going to have that policy long. I didn't know my second policy 3/29/2024 was cancelled until September. I just didn't use it and when I tried, it was cancelled. Quick health has emailed me multiple times to cancel the policy I just got and get a new one. I won't!!!I wouldn't recommend quickhealth.care to anybody!

    NO STARS ************ is like a boiler room but only for insurance. I was seeking affordable medical insurance for my family. My husband has a rare genetic disorder and requires monthly medication. Just like everyone who has written a review, I was told the policy I purchased would cover medications, office visits, procedures. Well we discovered the medications we needed were not on the formulary under this policy, but if we upgraded the medications would be covered. We purchased the upgraded policy and paid it in full. They tried to withdraw money from my account every month when we paid in full. We were receiving phone calls from our *** and specialist that a company had not paid any claims. When we called the *** says we are covered and say a ***resentative will call the doctor's office the next day yada yada yada. We now have medical bills that should have been paid by quick health.We cancelled the policy in April, followed up with a e-mail requesting cancellation and a refund, We were told we would receive a refund via e-check. As of today we have not received any money. I have filed a complaint with the insurance department and the *******************************. I have a consultation with an attorney. ************ has increased my the stress and anxiety levels. They are a bunch of LAIRS and FRAUDSTERS. ************ is one of the reasons for increased healthcare prices. I will be seeking any and all options to get my money, expose them for who they are and closed down this company.

    I CANT BELIEVE THE GOVERNMENT ALLOWS THIS COMPANY TO STAY IN BUSINESS!! I am an independent business owner. I purchased a top tier insurance policy through ** employee named ******. Paid for the insurance in full of the sum of almost $7000 and 4 months later they were deducting money from my bank account with out authorization. I reported this with my bank as fraud. Quick health then terminated all my insurance??? after it was paid in full for the year 2024. To make matters worse I am type 1 diabetic. So now I have been paying out of pocket for all my meds. I had spoken with countless people from quick health ***** ******* Seguro and no one corrects issue. They only want to sell me another year of insurance. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. THIS COMPANY IS NOT EVEN WORTH HALF A STAR RATING BUT FORCES ME TO CHOOSE AT LEAST ONE.

    Like many of the reviews I read on this site, I myself have fallen victim to these very clever scammers. Do not answer their calls, texts, or emails. If you have ever given them a credit card number for payment, cancel that card and get a new one immediately. I So wish I had read these reviews prior to falling victim to them. How they get away with this is beyond me. They are not just scamming us as consumers, but scamming the entire healthcare system. The Feds really need to get to the bottom of this as soon as they can.

    ****** *****, NPN ********, an agent with Seguro, sold me a health insurance policy serviced by Optimed. I paid 1 year in advance. I found out from ******* they terminated my policy due to issues with Seguro (DBA Quick Health). Seguro did not inform me. I found out 4 months later, and I now have no insurance. I tried numerous times over several weeks to resolve this with Seguro customer service **** including head of customer service ***** ******** to no avail. They keep making excuses and do not solve anything. I have filed a complaint with the Washington State insurance commissioners office. DO NOT do business with Seguro / Quick Health. Do not do business with ****** *****.

    Had to cancel my husbands surgical procedure. They would not fax the authorization to the doctor's office. We tried for two weeks to get this paperwork. Every time we called it was at least a 1.5 hour wait. Then when we spoke to someone, all they could say was only 1 person can fax the authorization to the ********* (well this person has been out for 3 weeks). There is no supervisor to speak with, even though everything goes for procecssing to the supervisor. You cannot speak to them. My ********** stated that they have never seen anything like this before. They gave up trying to call the company for information needed. I called OptiMed Health which is supposedly who our coverage is with and they informed me that they have ceased doing business with QuickHealth due to all the issues they had. We requested cancellation made prior to 30 day trial period complete. Horrible, Horrible customer service. Hold wait is 1.5 hours +. Waiting on refund. This is a very simplified version of the hassle we are having with QuickHealth. **************

    Im usually not one to write reviews but Quick Health is deplorable. Ive never encountered such terrible customer service. Not only did they make promises on start dates for my *********** insurance coverage that never happened, they also charged my card and never filed any of my paperwork so there was no trace of our family being covered or in any database. Ive called countless times and all of the calls have either hung up on me or been a 1.5 hr + wait. **** in customer service assured me that my plan was terminated within the 30 day trial period but I have yet to see a refund or any acknowledgment via email. QuickHealth seems like a complete scam. Ive disputed the charge with my credit card company and wanted to warn anyone interested in using them as well. Do Not Trust Them! Youll never get ahold of anyone ever.

    QuickHealth scammed me out of almost 25k and provided nothing. They refuse to give me back my money. They waited until I could no longer dispute with **** and then told me to ask for a "credit not processed" I have tried and tried to resolve this with them but they are not cooperative. I want my money back. I have filed a claim with office of Insurance Commissioner, I have an attorney involved and I am waiting to get involved in the class action suit that is pending. this company is a criminal at its finest. MAKE SURE TO BLOCK THEM FROM TAKING ANY MORE OF YOUR MONEY!

    *********************** OF QUICK HEALTH IS A SCAMMER TOOK MY MONEY AND NO INSURANCE PAID AND NOW AFTER ******** PRE PAID AND NO REFUND AS PROMISED NO INSURANCE, AND KEEP ASKING ME TO PAY ANOTHER ******* TO FIX THIS ISSUE AND I WOULD GET MY REFUND NEED TO FILE CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY SEQURO MEDICO LLC, OPITMED AND QUICK HEALTH. I HAVE ALREADY FILED WITH THE WASHINGTON STATE INSURANCE COMMISSION AND FILING WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ALSO FTC. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH NO LICENSES IN **************** AS WELL AS MANY OTHERS OREGEON , *** , **, ******** ,************** ECT. LOOK UP *********************** INSURANCE AGENT IT'S ALL THERE.     I have no words. I received a confirmation of insurance from Quick Health in March of this year with clear terms and conditions including a schedule to pay quarterly. Since March they have tried to take out these quarterly premiums on a monthly basis. I asked multiple times for the hard copy ID cards which I have never received (it is 08/06/24). **************** is not available (I gave up after being on hold for 15 - 20 minutes). Will not be renewing - thank goodness no hospital visits or emergencies during this time. Very disappointed. Please be careful when contacting this company.
