I purchased a dental/vision policy mid April for the month of May. They stated there was an enrollment fee for $215.95. The monthly premium was $116.95 which was to be charged middle of May. They double charged me $215.95 twice and then charged me $116.95 after I had cancelled the policy. Never recieved insurance cards or had proof or service. Called supervisor at Quick Health and told me to email cancellation and saw I was charged twice enrollment fee. They stated they would reach back to me in 48 to 72 hours with confirmation . Never heard back and when I call them and leave voicemail, they don't return calls. I have not had to get my bank involved to fight these fraudulent charges. Buyer Beware!

Absolutely horrible 'insurance company'. Was told I would be able to get a full refund if canceled within 30 days. I opened the account on March 30, 2024. I canceled the plan on April 2nd, 2024, I told them I had to check with my employer to see if they would cover the premium, my employer said no because they thought it was a scam and boy were they right. They said I would get a full refund. I have called well over ****************************************** sight. I left a review on trust pilot after being told multiple times that they would refund me within 30 days, and then when those 30 days were up I was told they couldn't tell me when I was getting a refund. LOL a joke. After leaving the review on trust pilot I was called within 10 minutes. I didn't answer because I was at work. I called them back today and now they're stating they will refund me 600 something, mind you they have taken ******, and charged more than I was told on the phone for opening the account. When I told them that she put me on hold and then said well, the $125 is a nonrefundable charge... even if I left it at that and said okay don't refund me the $125, I SHOULD STILL BE GETTING ****** BACK. They don't even keep track of what they charged you, lie to you and say you can get a full refund. Now they want my account information to send an 'e-check'. I will not give them my account and routing number by any means, I already had to change my debit card information so they would stop charging my account. Then they told me to delete my review so 'they can continue working on it, and if i delete my review we can fight to get back the 125" Absolutely not. I'm hoping my bank will have better luck getting the money back than I am, and I told them I will wait until my bank does the dispute with them. COME TO FIND OUT THIS ISN'T EVEN REAL HEALTH INSURANCE. STAY AWAY

This is the worst customer service company I have ever dealt with. They just want your money. I had their policy for 3 months, cant get into the customer portal. The company keeps telling me they have computer problems. Never received a card with a dental plan number. TOTAL FRAUD, STAY AWAY.If I could give no stars, I would

Scam. Would not cancel order although I called 3 times. They hung up on me each time. The following month, they charged me again for product I told them I didn't want

Quick Health is a joke. Year paid in Full for 3 family members and cancelled because we go better insurance. Nearly 6 months and no refund! They will never return your calls and always have reasons why they are holding onto our money. ***** is apparently the only person that can refund money and she is NEVER there. She will promise things on the phone but never put it in email. If you have not figured it out already this is bad company. Read the other comments. The only good comments appear to be bought because literally not the experience I have had at all. Nobody can help you they sound nice on the phone but anything to do with refunds then nobody can help and it is in escalation. Good luck if you choose this company. Honestly seem like a scam at this point. Changed all my info and accounts due to this business. Again good luck.

Can I do -10 reveiw because this company is a scam I notice the mulipily deductions taken from my account without my consent. I called them my policy started March 1, 2024 and within that month they took out an extra *******, I called the company. The girl I tallk to told me that I had write a email to cancel th policy; and gave me a fake email address. I told her that I will just call the bank and have it reported as fraud. She said go ahead it will *********** months to get your refund back. I keep getting a email that my policy is on hold I called again and talked with a **** and she told me send email to cancel policy. So I do that again. Still no reply back that my policy I left a bad review on trusted poilet and got a call. That if I remove the review they will work with me and refund my money now this person name was *****. I told once I get my money back I remove the reivew. **** I am the supervisor I will work on it and call you back. that was Friday May 10, *********************************************************** the email that my policy is on hold. Now I have to call my bank to make sure they do not take more money out.

We paid for a year of coverage from November 1st 2023 to October 31, 2024. The charge was $8,871.65. In March 2024 they said they sent an email that our policy was canceled. We did NOT receive any email. Then the agent sent a text saying we were being canceled effective April 1st due to the insurance company was bankrupt. After we called they said it wasn't bankrupt but just pulled out of Montana. They wanted to "upgrade" our coverage for $400.00 more a month. We asked them to cancel. They did not tell us we needed to send them an email to request it. On April 1st we got an email saying they were processing another payment of $8,871.65. We called again to cancel and they said we needed to send an email, which we did. On April 12th we got a text saying the payment was processed. In checking our credit card statement we found the charge on 3/17. We have had to cancel that account and dispute the charges. When we called them again to tell them we had already canceled. They said it was not canceled and the charge was for 2025 coverage which we did no approve. When we said we would turn it over to the insurance commission in our state the customer service rep told us if we did it would take at least 6 months to get any money back. This seems like fraud.
